I had a wonderful experience with TECC Chennai. Their team provides very friendly service and gives clear, step-by-step instructions throughout the visa process. The information shared was comprehensive and easy to follow. A special thanks to John, who patiently explained every detail even more thoroughly than I have experienced at similar institutes locally. His guidance saved me a lot of back-and-forth and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I visited TECC Chennai on 29/07/2022. It's near Nandanam Metro Station I have few suggestions to those who are planning to visit this location: 1) This place is NOT so crowded, so I suggest you go there around 9:30 AM 2) There are many banks nearby just in case you need to go for a Demand Draft. [ As soon as you step out of the building, you need to go towards RIGHT ] Better search in Google Maps for banks or Xerox shops ] 3) There is a Xerox/Printing & internet shop nearby the TECC building. [Walkable distance | towards right when you come out of the building] 4) If you're coming from another city & didn't book any hotel to stay then you better use Metro toilet facilities instead of public toilets. Finally, ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR TAIWAN TRIP.

Located centrally, walkable distance from Nandanam metro. Helpful staff, but you may need to ask multiple times to get help.

My experience was really amazing and not what I expected. The whole staff was friendly and supportive. They were not just members of the centre's staff. They were friends of the visitors who visited the place even for the very first time. An unforgettable experience. And I was not an stranger to them, I visited and met them for the first time, though. Cannot forget, security officer was also friendly and helpful.

Worst ever. Nobody knows anything about visa or any other enquiry. The girl at the enquiry is a waste. She has no clue where she is and what she has to do. Had to travel all the way and come for an enquiry and had to keep waiting as they didn't have any idea what we wanted. You guys. Really didn't expect this.

Very poor service to applicant. Arrogant lady in reception Jayalakshmi. Thinking she is boss of embassy and shouting at applicants. Made me wait like a beggar . Embassy had much better name and now worst. Delhi office is much better now days. Guys avoid going self. She will shout like and insult us

Such a worst embassy ever!!! The staff themselves know nothing and make me come around multiple times. They give false information and make you loose lot money. Never ever go to this embassy. You will face such bad consequences and experience!!!!! I had to wait for my visa for 2 months and missed my college for 2 months by their misguidance. Never ever suggesting this embassy to anyone!!!!

In my country there is no Taiwan embassy, So I had to apply through this TECC Chennai. So it was a nightmare for me. I encountered significant issues with the agency's staff, who demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism. Despite providing all the required documents accurately, the visa approval process took more than months. This delay resulted in considerable turmoil for me, as my master's program had already commenced, and I was six weeks behind in my classes. The repercussions have been substantial--I've been unable to maintain my GPA due to missed assignments and grading activities upon my arrival. Catching up on lectures during these weeks has also taken considerable time. Regrettably, the impact on my CGPA jeopardizes my scholarship continuation, as I've missed essential marks from assignments in my initial weeks in Taiwan. Consequently, I'm faced with the unfortunate decision to return home after this semester, as the scholarship is no longer attainable. This experience has not only wasted valuable time but has also been a financial burden.
