I applied for hypothecation termination, wherein from very first there was problem with parivahan website and Mobile App. But Ms. Suguna on A3 counter was kind enough to help through out the process and kind enough to guide with the process. Feedback on Delayed Appointment - Name Transfer Process I had booked an online appointment for RC name transfer at the Thiruvanmiyur RTO for the time slot 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, even after waiting until 5:54 PM, Still now the RTO officer has not come. The long delay caused significant inconvenience, especially since the appointment system is meant to reduce waiting time. I request the RTO to streamline the appointment process, ensure timely handling of scheduled slots, and improve communication regarding delays. This will help applicants plan their day better and avoid unnecessary waiting. #wrost

Went to the place with some apprehension, worrying how much of run around I am going to be put through for DL renewal. Surprisingly, it was lot smoother than anticipated. Entire process was over in 10 minutes, but was told to come after 5 PM to collect my new DR. I wish they were able to expedite that and make citizens come twice.

I had a very interesting experience recently. Went for DL renewal, the process was smooth, did not have to wait for more than 20 mins. My photograph was taken, documents verified and was informed that i will get my DL within a week. I checked my application status after reaching home and found that it was pending DL printing. Happy that i will get my license soon, i did not bother to follow up. One week passed, then another week still no sign of my DL. The status, however remained the same. Tried contacting their listed number, no response or busy. After 3 weeks, and still no change in status, i managed to get hold of someone in the department whom i knew and told him the whole story. He said he will talk to the RTO and BAM! The DL was delivered the next day. It appears that this RTO honors only the applications from driving schools and not from individuals. So, even if everything in your application is in order, expect delays unless you grease some palms in the office.

One of the worst experience. Guy who was supposed to just put an entry in system, when my turn came, he literally told like, 'You just came, wait here. I will go and come, RTO is calling me'. This is puzzling for me! Are these officers doing their job for free? Should citizen be waiting a required amount of time? On above of all, there is no parking space. Park at your own risk and get towed. All Government departments working hand in hand in taking money from people. Should we all fly and land on top of their building? Ridiculous. This is one of the biggest RTOs in TN. With these pathetic staffs and office structure, only thing we can do is shut Our mouth; we cannot even question these folks, else Our task for which we have gone there for will become a question mark.

This is a place which challenges the definition of a govt office. I had to go there for getting NOC for RC transfer. PRO is helpful. He will guide you what to do. I miss a signature in the application so they called me in the evening at 4:20 something. I had to attest the form and get the sign of RTO. It was getting 4:40 something and i was loosing hope that RTO would come as in general happens in any govt office. But to my surprise he came and signed my form without any delay.
