Madam Nisha was very polite, courteous and guided very well. She kept on posting the updates then and there. We (me and my wife) went there on24/10 25 for passport renewal She got us appointment for 27/10/25 11.00am slot(tatkaal). She guided us well to carry the reqd. dicuments. We attended the interview at the alloted time. 28th we got the message that passport issunce had been initiated and in the evening we got the message that passport had been despatched. It was so easy and smooth process and an excellent services provided by them. Our Passports were delivered within one week from the date of application.
