Worst behavior especially Aadhaar enrolment staffs, they will give only 100 tokens per day and work from 10 AM to 5 PM, for getting token, we have to go 10 AM Ridiculous attitude, u cant expect polite from them, they behave like IAS, IPS officers.

They're ok with service, but no cordiality. Also, why do they provide phone numbers on public platforms if no one is going to attend to it. Phone always rings, nobody picks it. Typical apathetic Government employees behaviour !!!

This a Head Post office for Mylapore area and large one with all postal facilities in one place . Parking facilities are good.

Unorganized, Irresponsible, and Worst Service! I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office, especially with the careless attitude of the Aadhaar representatives. The staff is unorganized, irresponsible, and shows no interest in assisting the public efficiently. It's frustrating to witness such negligence in an essential public service. The government needs to revisit the approach and conduct of the staff, who seem indifferent to the needs of the people. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in such a critical service. A very disappointing experience overall It's also a people's responsibility to ensure the token provided is not skipped.. we can see the token provider keeping some token for money and favourism.. Postal courier section aged person is also involved in this.. I have the proof , date and token numbers who intruded People please be awake.

Worst communication. Too harsh to customers. Be careful and have loads of patience if you want to deal with the post office. I have had better experience at other post office.

Visited a week back for despatching parcel to Australia...the service is good...but you have to pay charges , strangely, only by CASH...no card, Gpay or any other digital payment system is in vogue. When central govt is promoting digital payment, a major institution is NOT following the policy of GOI. Visited for second time on 3.1.26.for sending books to Australia. Digital payment, Gpay is introduced. Efficient and courteous staff. A new printer is needed for priting receipts as quality of print is not good and cannot, easily, make out what is printed

Today 24/4/25 had been to this post office to pay my ppf amount. The officer MS. Rekha was highly responsive and the service she rendered was excellent.

Their parcel department has very helpful staff which is very rare to come across. However, they are not being enabled with appropriate tools required to do their job. They are still using a desktop that has 1 GB RAM and takes half an hour just to boot up. There is so much productivity that is being lost. Hope the higher officials take note of this and work on resolving this issue.
