I had great experience today. I went for my biometrics scan for Fast Track Immigration. The staff were very helpful guiding me to the relevant office door. The biometrics team were very polite in doing their job and answering my questions. I was done in just 10 mins. Very efficient and professional and courteous!

If you're converting your PIO to OCI, be warned: the online checklist is insufficient! This process requires all your attention and original documents. Take every document in the attached checklist. My travel was made seamless only because the staff was unbelievably helpful. They were cooperative, patient, and provided essential, accurate guidance that the website lacked. Their dedication saved me from making multiple, costly trips. I don't remember the e name of the lady staff who helped us out. Sorry mam. It's clear this office prioritizes customer service. A massive thank you to the team for their assistance. Don't rely solely on the website; trust the guidance of the counter staff--they are experts!

FTI TTP process went smooth, Finished Application, Biometrics and mail approval for e gates within 30 hrs.

Came here for the thumb print registration. This building bureau or immigration is behind the main building. Did my registration on the front desk upon entry. Was asked to go to Room 11. Gave my File No / QR since I have applied for FTI TTP ahead of time online. They took the finger prints and all work was done in 10mins.
