Anna Nagar Post Office

After seeing multiple places to update my mobile number and biometric data as I lost my phone which has the updated aadhar number, I finally went to this place , the experience was good everyone is friendly and answered all my questions .so if anyone is planning to go for aadhar update then can visit this post office and follow this - 1. Go early morning around 6.45 or 7 am , there is token system the post office gate opens at 8 am sharp to distribute the token my token was no-2. 2 . After collecting the token they will ask you to come at 9.30 that's when they start working on the aadhar. 3. Before leaving ask all the nessesary documents needed to updated the aadhar card data as it might differ. 4. I came back by 9.15am and my work was done by 9.45am , it was smooth . The late you come the time will be more and there will be rush , as I calculated they do 4 aadhar update in an hr so now you guys can do the maths

On Saturday around 12 PM, I went to the Anna Nagar Tower branch post office to urgently withdraw money. The staff said the network was down. Then I went to the Anna Nagar East branch post office, but they said the counter was closed. The Post Office Savings Bank service is very poor -- depositing and withdrawing money has become a big struggle. Worst staff attitude; they only replied, "Nothing can be done today."... no one responsible person...

Needed to get my mobile number updated in Aadhaar and the post office staff was very helpful in this regard. Someone or the other kept checking in and informing us of the cause of delay. TBH, the delay wasn't much at all in comparison with other places where I tried to update my mobile number. My work was done in 45 mins. There is no need to get a token for this particular update. (The tokens were all given out by 8:30am when I reached.) The staff update your new mobile number and confirm your own identity using fingerprint scanning and the phone number using OTP. If the server response wasn't so terrible (the staff themselves kept having trouble logging in), the experience would be 100% satisfactory.

Fine staff which is a rarity in the government sectors. Chief officer is a kind officer so too other postal staff here. Pensioners 's Jeevan praman service I availed from the post office and excellent work they did by visiting my home. Highly appreciate their services. Thanks and regards.

Recently visited to update aadhar address after long wait and queue... done all the process thn system got hanged thn filled the details again .i thought finally after a very LONG wait completed....later within a day got message that the aadhar update is rejected due to biometric issue...called customer care from the centre itself he said that it's tech issue....told agent the same...but he said it's not biometric issue...now u have to apply again and for that again we have to take token in the early morning...and again need to make the payment....WORST idk what else to say.....so disappointed

Only 50 tokens given for aadhar updation per day.. it's given before 8:00 in the morning..after that updation is not done here kindly go to tnuifsl board near roundtana anna nagar east

Service very slow or they need more counter for banking as well as post registration.space for customer are very limited.

Worst service for adhar update no proper information timing for token. All useless fellow just getting salary with out any work.
