Honest Review - Beware of "The Visa Solution" Fraudulent Practices I want to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with The Visa Solution, so that no one else gets trapped by their false promises and manipulative sales tactics. This company lures people in with big claims about Canada visas, student visas, and Canada PR. Before taking your money, they will confidently assure you that your file is "100% eligible" and your visa will be cleared "within a few months." Unfortunately, these are nothing but empty promises. I visited them in February 2023 for Canada PR (SINP). In my first meeting, Ms. Prerna analyzed my profile and assured me that I was absolutely eligible. Trusting their words, I submitted all documents -- IELTS scores, educational certificates, experience letters, everything. They immediately took 41,500/- as the first installment (UPI payment) and then I paid additional charges for WES separately. After that, they submitted my profile into the pool without even discussing the NOC Code with me. From 2023 till today, I have not received even a single update, call, or message from The Visa Solution. Whenever I tried to reach out in the beginning, I was told that "Prerna ma'am has left the job." Then they assigned another person who also never responded. The company has zero accountability and absolutely no interest in updating clients once they have taken the money. It has been more than 2.5 years, yet I still have no idea: What happened to my file? How long it stayed in the pool? Whether anything was processed or not? Why they never tried changing the NOC? Out of frustration, I personally visited their office again and met Mr. Avnish Jain (Director). He scolded his staff in front of me and promised that I would get regular updates from now on. But that was just another false assurance -- because after that day also, no one ever replied. Now, even though I live in another state, every time I see their WhatsApp status and online ads where they keep fooling innocent people with fake promises of Canada visas, I feel compelled to expose them. My sincere advice: If your documents are complete, you do NOT need these fake visa consultants. The entire Canadian immigration process is online and transparent. Don't waste your hard-earned money on companies like The Visa Solution. They will take your money and disappear -- no updates, no support, no accountability. They are experts only in posting fake ads and WhatsApp statuses to trap new clients. Please stay alert. Don't lose your money and time to these fraudsters.
