Just bought a premium fountain pen from kanishk bhai! Just the way he treated and guided about pens! They have wide range of products in every segment! Definitely recommended.

Their staff is very shitty and rude all they want is to sell whatever possible they don't have knowledge about different products and their quality in the market and try to sell it as per their convenience.

We entered the shop and went upstairs, we were continuously asked to just quickly take what we want and leave. They don't let you browse for even a nominal time. Very rude staff.

I purchased a Cross pen from this store after being assured that it was of the highest quality, with excellent service and an easy replacement policy. The pen cost me approximately INR 5000. However, when I brought it home, it was non-functional. Due to my schedule, I couldn't immediately return to the store. When I eventually went back, they informed me that no service was available for this brand and advised me to check the brand's website myself. I left the pen with them, requesting they arrange for repairs, and they promised to call me when it was ready. They never did, so I followed up and was told it was fixed and ready for collection. However, upon picking it up, the pen still did not work. And they even have the audacity to lie about it all. Shameful! I now have to find an alternative repair solution on my own. I would not recommend this store based on my experience, as the after-sales service was disappointing, and the owner was unhelpful. Punjab Book Shop, on the other hand, provides much better customer service and aftercare.
