Ludhiana Central Post Office.

I am receiving messages that my parcel is out for delivery and then it is on pending hold. After 2 minutes they update that address is not located. Pathetic service, address is properly mentioned. Even my colony mentioned along with my shop address so that post individual/ mail/delivery person can deliver mine important parcels/letters/mails. Also, their landline never worked always "subscriber busy". Firstly, it took me 30 minutes to get them on the phone which was too annoying. Moreover, their customer care representative told me to grab/collect my parcel from their post office, otherwise they will return it and on top of that, a little bit rude/ignorant. In addition to this, he told me contact the post office by myself, when I requested him to call their office. The worst service I have ever seen, the government should close these post offices permanently for good, because they're good for nothing and also, India post services never worked for me in my life. Their post man named Mandeep Singh(40) came near by myself address, called me over the phone and asked me to approach him at the distance of 1km away from my given address. Additionally, he was super rude and disrespectful like that I owe him something.

Friendly and efficient services. The in-charge is cooperative & polite and i appreciate Mr. Sikandar for their time despite a busy schedule.

Very bad service not delivered any parcel not any contacting reverse order i mail to govt please check where is issued post office not provided public service

very bad service postmen should be made private, no matter how many government duty people are there, they do not put any effort at the time of delivery, no matter how much parcel is given to them, if someone tries to search the address in the logo, they will give a return at all. It is of no use when it comes to delivering to any private agency like Amazon, Flipkart or even courier agency which can deliver the parcel door to door in any situation. Please make the service better.

Poor Service by postman And rudely behaviour

I put right adress with phone number but they show adress not find I send lot of parcel before post man is very lazy it's very disappointed me

Very lazy post man , he never call me for my courier he updated in his system address cannot be located when I went to post office for collect my courier he spoil my time literally 1hour 15minutes very lazy post man and his system.
