I recently came across an Instagram ad from an immigration consultant claiming they could assist with work visas for New Zealand and Canada. They asked for an upfront fee of about 5,000 to 15,000 rupees, supposedly refundable, and then a large sum of 8.5 lakh after the visa is granted. This raised a huge red flag for me--if they're willing to take the big payment after the visa, why not the smaller fee too? It just doesn't add up and feels like a common tactic used by fraudulent agents to scam people. My advice to anyone dealing with such consultants is this: tell them clearly that you will not pay a single penny before the visa. If they are truly legitimate, they should be willing to take their payment after the visa is approved. You can even offer to give them your passport as collateral once the visa is in hand and then verify everything before any payment is made. If they refuse such terms, it's a strong indication that they're not trustworthy. In short, be extremely cautious. If a consultant is genuine, they should have no problem being fully transparent and waiting until after the visa is confirmed to take any money. Stay safe out there!

Hello Brightway Visa team, i saw your add on FB regarding 482 subclass for Australia work permit, you putting add all over the social network for the Australian work permit. Today, i called you multiple times to speak with your expert team about this visa, but you guys always hang up the call and said sir we will call you back or we are forwarding your concern to our senior staff for further assistance. Most of time you called through whatsapp voice call, i don't know why or you guys have any concern for normal calls. Am living in Australia since 2008 and now am in india on vacation, i had a inquiry regarding Australia work permit for my friend. i don't think so its that much easier as your posting add on social interaction. If you don't have any experience regarding Australian immigration laws and immigration policy please don't post here. otherwise you'll be in trouble. Australian immigration issues work permit without any experience and no ielts requirements no way come on man this is Australia not gulf country. please don't play with peoples hard earned money specially in Punjab. If you serious about it, Am ready to meet you face to face with your best consultants or any senior advisor who working on it. please do your business as per your experience or wherever you're best, that's doesn't make sense we are adding all the things into business, where we have 0 experience and 0 knowledge. please it's humble request to you sir, don't do this. I don't think so you can face genuine client problems for Australia work permit, if you can please meet here. i will come in your office with all the genuine questions and concerns about this project. otherwise stop posting this nonsense. Worst experience... I saw their advertisement on various social media platforms confirming they would charge the full fees only after the visa was granted. But once my family got theirs, they said we had to pay 3 lakh rupees upfront. When we confronted them, they said they say a lot in advertisements, which shows they are complete liars. If you're not going to do what you say in your advertisement, then what's the point of all this drama? I suggest everyone don't fall for this fraudulent immigration company.
