Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience - Jalandhar Biometrics Office I am a permanent resident of Canada and applied to invite my parents to Canada. Today was their scheduled biometrics appointment at the Jalandhar office. My parents arrived on time and were made to wait outside the office for over 1.5 hours. When their turn finally came, despite having all required documents and all official fees already paid, they were told they were "15 minutes late," which is completely false and unacceptable. What is even more shameful is that a senior female officer approached them and demanded 4,500, claiming it was a "government fee," and said they would be taken inside immediately if they paid. This is outright bribery. When my parents refused to pay, they were sent away without their biometrics being completed. This behavior is disgraceful and reflects poorly on the system. Elderly parents should not be harassed, misled, or pressured into paying illegal fees after already complying with all official requirements. I strongly request strict action against the staff involved, especially the female officer who demanded money. I am prepared to pursue this matter through every legal and official channel necessary. Such corruption must not be tolerated. Very disappointing experience.

"SCAM ALERT: Do not go here for visa biometrics. I sent my parents in for a standard appointment and they tried to charge them 4,500 in fake 'processing' and 'service' fees that are NOT part of the official government requirements. Real biometric appointments are either free to book or have a clearly stated, much lower official fee. They use high-pressure tactics to trick you into paying. Avoid this place and report them to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre or your local authorities.
