Regional Passport Office

My appointment was at 11.30am . I drove two hours to get there. Waited there one and half hour and right when it's my turns it lunch time.I told him my situation but they were careless impolite and unprofessional. Place is nightmare. My experience there was shitty. But different people different experience. Appointment thing is useless. No matter what your appointment time is get there early n get token n get things done.

Thanks for done my work within a day. Its take 5 hrs to me for update my pendency.i was reached 11 am and free almost 4pm. Complete day wasted there. Atter submission my passport application at PSK aminent mall jalandhar again rejection raised by rpo that matric certificate verification and seen. After that i visited rpo office on dated 15-dec and submitted the pending requirement and after that on 19dec i got call from rpo office that now your sign required. Its really petatic that at PSK eminent mall office not collected all necessary docs and after that Rejection raised and when submitted after that again requiement raised.

Worst office, numbers they give of customer care is inaccurate they doesn't pick. Firstly, they said to post documents and now it's been a month they didn't replied to the same. Staff wastes time and money of appointers and delay work at purpose.

My experience today was very bad because there are 9 blocks in the passport office for convenience but out of them only 2 or 3 counters are running and there is so much crowd both inside and outside that my condition gets worse while getting the government work done. My only request to the government and Bhagwant Mann is to pay salaries to all the employees on time so that they reduce their duty hours. Thank you.

My name is Daljeet kaur I am 5 month pregnant I am going to RPO office Jalander it's very bad experience Becuse No one here explains things well to anyone and the way they speak is very wrong. Very roudaly I can complaint for is office

i went ist time for our passport verification there is out side guys they told you need forms from the shopes and then you will go inside the building and its totally fake when i enter the building there is free so be aware about this things thnkxx

Very disappointing experience at the Regional Passport Office, Jalandhar. They wasted almost a day and still could not process things properly. The staff here is unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. Instead of helping and guiding people, they talk rudely and make applicants run around unnecessarily. There is no value for others' time, and the entire system seems mismanaged. A government office that should work with efficiency ends up making the process more stressful.

I have good experience.my problem solved by officers. The security, staff etc all are good specially the parking
