My experience with this consultancy was extremely disappointing. I hired them for my USA visa process. Before taking the payment, they made many big promises and spoke very confidently. I paid 10,000 in advance and later cleared the remaining 15,000 as well. I had clearly informed them that I already had one previous visa refusal. Despite this, they did not properly review my old file, did not ask what was written in the previous application, and did not guide me on what updates or corrections should be made in the new file. Most importantly, they did not provide any proper interview preparation. After my visa was refused, they completely stopped responding. They did not answer my calls or messages. At the Jalandhar branch, Harpreet Kaur was handling the case, and at the Amritsar branch, Preeti was involved -- but neither of them responded after the refusal. It clearly felt like they were only concerned about collecting 25,000 in fees and not about the client's visa result. I would not recommend this consultancy to anyone. Very unprofessional and irresponsible service.

I tried to talk with sir(head) in live show and outside live show plethora times but there staff members are too irresponsible. They are not ready to forward my call and inappropriate talk with me. There staff members pick my call again and agian instead of forward to head sir and give me irrelevant information which i don't have need.

Im very shock to see the behaviour of their staff. First they trap the client and then spoil their future. they not work like professional. and their staff are very rude after payment . before payment they speak very gently but after payment they show the truth. dont waste ur money. I suggest when u met their staff pl ask a technical questiona then u know they r not proffessional.

My parents had applied for Tourist Visa for Canada from Visa Offic. The experience was fluid, they were thoroughly professional, kept their words, file was prepared on time, Got the visa within ten days from applying in visa processing center. Highly recommended!

They deserve -5 star . They need only money and fake dreams . In reality they don't know how to apply visa
