Passport Seva Kendra - 2

I have previously blank surname so that why i have to split my given name . To do that we have to advertise that in 2 news paper one is english and other is local news paper the text should be in english. Very fast service be on time. They will finish you less than 30 minutes. You will not able to varry bag inside. Be on time

Very poor service. Even after taking the appointment for passport renewal, customers have to wait for 2-3 hours after entering the passport office. The whole process that can be completed in 20-25 minutes in other passport offices, is processed here in 2-3 hours. Staff is fine but the system/process need to be improved. Security guards are doing their job with full responsibility for sending the customers on time. But after that slow part of the process start within the office. No parking facility. Waiting room in basement is not clean. No ceiling fan or AC. Only one table fan was provided for 100+ customers waiting there.

Very cleaned and hygienic environment with proper security guards .

To start with, myself and my wife we went to PSK 2 Jalandhar location regarding our fresh passport application appointment, due to digilocker technical error our app was not working and other people faced same issue that day. So they told us to reschedule the appointment. We rescheduled it to other day, We went to the PSK2 and then they told us that your appointment has been cancelled, we were in a complete shock that how confirmed appointment got cancelled, We asked front desk employee and they said you have cancelled the appointment and we told them we have not cancelled it. Then Front desk employee called head Baljit singh and Saurav bhandari to assist us but these two employees just told us to reschedule the appointment again, we told them that it's not fair that the appointment was not cancelled from our side but they forcefully kept saying us that it's your mistake and make another appointment for other day. So now we have to reschedule the appointment to another day as zero assistance was given by these employees and was having rude behaviour. Don't go to this office until they provides proper help and do complaint to higher authorities.

Staff members don't know how to talk with people, especially a lady Sitting in cabin no1 she is very rude with people.Please teach them some manners about how to talk with people respectfully. Apart from that waiting area is disgusting,there is no facility of fan or AC.

The document verification process was thorough yet swift, and the biometric section was handled with great precision. I also appreciate the cleanliness and organisation of the facility, which made the experience even better. It's clear that the team at the passport office is dedicated to providing top-notch service, ensuring that applicants have a hassle-free experience. aff members don't know how to talk with people, especially old men sitting in cabin B and C section. They are very rude with people. Government should kicked off all old men from Seva Kendra for better service . Please teach them some manners about how to talk with people respectfully. p
