Attention guys this place is shifted to toshali plaza satyanagar.please remember it.neither it cost & time waste for you. Renew of certificate is done by a mam 4th floor and new registration also there after entrance go last and turn right choose lift to 4th floor.time is in a second and its open in 10,30onwards.its free and good work.

Worst place as per work. Corruption at best. No file moves without giving bribe. Pan stains and urine smell is like room freshner even beauracrats enjoy. God save this place

Staff are good
But very slow processing due to network problem and website problem.Today 400 to 500 students make a long line for registration in state employment exchange bhubaneswar ( Tosali bhaban) But in 1st half only 60 registration has be done. At the same time rain is coming and the situation is very pathetic.

I went here for district employment exchange certificate after did in online but there is a notice stated that you should do the district employment exchange certificate by yourself online like cybercafe or any laptop after go to the official site of district employment #empmissionodisha portal (the online certification been activated after oct15 2022 )
