I had a smooth experience at Passport Seva Kendra Rasulgarh. The entire process was well organized, and the staff guided applicants efficiently through each stage of verification. The token system and queue management helped maintain order, and the waiting time was reasonable considering the number of applicants. There are designated waiting areas at every stage or tier of verification, which makes the process comfortable and systematic. The washrooms are well maintained, and there are also infant care rooms available, which is a thoughtful facility for families. The officers were professional and patient enough to clearly explain the procedures and address any doubts applicants may have. There is also a photocopy and printing service available within the centre, which is very helpful in case any document copies are required during the process. Additionally, a small Cafe Coffee Day kiosk inside the centre serves hot and cold beverages along with snacks, which is convenient during the waiting time. Overall, the process was streamlined and much faster than expected. A good example of improving public service delivery.

After seeing many negative reviews of Psk, Bhubaneswar I was in bit doubt whether to take an appointment or not. But I was surprised on my visit with my brother .As said in other reviews it is true that there are no designated waiting area outside of the office however once you get inside the office and token is issued there are plenty of chairs available in the waiting area. The whole process was smooth and fast starting from Counter A to ending at counter C.Overall it's nice experience.

My recent experience at the Passport Seva Kendra in Bhubaneswar was extremely disappointing. There is no proper waiting area, and people are forced to sit on the floor in the corridor, which is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable. For such an important government service, providing a basic seating arrangement should be the minimum expectation. Additionally, there are no basic facilities nearby such as drinking water, clear instructions, or proper guidance for visitors. The environment is chaotic and poorly managed. The security staff lacks proper knowledge and instead of assisting people, they seem to act on their own judgment. They decide who can enter, even for simple queries or document clarifications, without any transparent process or queue system. This causes unnecessary harassment and delays for applicants who have genuine concerns. Overall, the experience does not reflect the standards expected from a government service that deals with such essential documents. Immediate attention and improvement are required to make the process more organized, respectful, and citizen-friendly.

This place is easily accessible with GPS and located on main road. However I would seriously request management to install more visible signboards at this location for easy identification. The current installed signboard is of no use for identifying PSK. Also their is an ample parking space available at back side but still people used to miss that as their are no sign boards. Now the behaviour of staff was so polite and helpful. They were bang on time. Everything was quite smooth and the made me free within 45 minutes only.

Location is backside Homelane, parking space is available just left side of sreeleather/chandi bhandar. A narrow lane where the office is located.Keep a blue ball point pen handy and be available at the passport entrance 15mins prior to your allotted time

After going through the negative reviews of this Psk, I was bit skeptical whether to take an appointment or not. But I was pleasantly surprised on my visit for my kid. Yes, there are no designated waiting area outside of the office however once you get in there are plenty of chairs available for waiting applicants. The whole process was smooth and fast. They have a washroom also inside the office and it's clean. Overall a nice experience.

Please find my detailed feedback below for your review and improvement: 1. **Inquiry/Support Counter Access:** Visitors are not permitted by the security team to approach the inquiry or support counter which is inside the office. As a result, individuals cannot clarify queries or resolve documentation gaps in advance. 2. **Security Team Behavior:** The behavior of the security personnel towards visitors is extremely unprofessional. They do not attempt to understand visitors' situations or the difficulties faced in reaching the office. 3. **Lack of Waiting Area:** There is no designated waiting room or comfortable area for visitors outside the office premises. 4. **Government Staff Approach:** Some government staff appear unwilling to recheck or verify documents carefully, regardless of whether the application is TATKAL or regular. Their actions seem to depend mainly on the mode of service chosen. 5. **TCS Team Interaction:** A few members of the TCS team were supportive and cooperative, though this was not consistent across all staff. **Overall Experience:** The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend visiting this office unless significant improvements are made in visitor handling, staff behavior, and accessibility.

Had a disappointing experience at the PSK in Bhubaneswar today. The security guard did not allow me to accompany my mother who is a Senior citizen. He said there will be attendants inside to guide properly but in reality, the story was different. Few staff were very rude and don't know how to behave with an elderly lady. It was my mother's first visit to the passport office and obviously she will need help and guidance but the staff kept getting irritated without providing assistance. And when I requested the guard to allow me inside, he said it's not allowed as per rules. But he was doing his job, so I don't blame him. Also there are no chairs or tables in the waiting area. I had no clue what was going on inside for 20-30mins. Although I am giving one extra star for the lady security guard who went inside and enquired about the delay. The staff definitely needs to learn good behavior and especially respect elderly people. There are many people visiting the office both Odias and non-Odias. And this type of behavior from the staff sends a wrong impression about our state. I hope the authorities look into this matter more seriously.
