Very bad experience. You have to wait for long time for proceesing of forex card. There is no coordination between online system and this branch. They dont value time of customer. Compare to other cards where you can easily reload the card for thomascook you have to visit branch for every reload which makes it useless. Just imagine you are out of cash while travelling.

From the very beginning, they were warm, courteous, and attentive to my travel needs. They patiently listened to my preferences, offered thoughtful suggestions, and provided clear, detailed guidance at every step.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Thomas Cook. As senior citizens, we trusted the brand due to its longstanding reputation and goodwill. We had planned a much-awaited Europe tour and paid a significant amount in advance, months prior to the trip. However, to our utter shock and dismay, the trip was cancelled without proper explanation, and the money we had paid in advance was held by them for 4 months. This was not just a financial inconvenience but also an emotional setback for us. We had made all preparations and were excited about the journey, but the way the situation was handled was far from professional. There was a lack of clear communication, no accountability, and certainly no empathy towards us as customers--especially senior citizens. We feel cheated and scammed by a company we once respected. This experience has left us disheartened, and we strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting Thomas Cook with their travel plans. What was supposed to be a dream trip turned into a stressful and upsetting ordeal. We hope no other family has to go through what we did. -- Disappointed Senior Customers

Used Thomas Cook for currency exchange -- their exchange rates are a bit higher compared to others, but the overall service is smooth. I opted for their Forex card, and it worked reliably throughout my trip with no glitches. Good for peace of mind, especially if you prefer convenience over the cheapest rates.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. Booking with Thomas Cook has been the biggest mistake I've made when planning a trip. Their online service and Nashik branch both deserve zero stars for the way they've handled things -- or rather, mishandled them. False Commitments: I was promised a smooth, hassle-free experience with timely bookings and complete support and payment. But right after the payment, all their "assistance" vanished. Every commitment made before booking was either ignored or flat-out denied later. They just say what you want to hear until you make the payment. Lack of Clarity & Communication: I had to chase them constantly for updates Ridiculous Delays: Everything -- from document collection to to final exchange-- was delayed. We were left completely stressed and anxious just days before our travel because they couldn't even confirm basics. They kept pushing the blame from one team to another. Whatever online folks are committing the branch people just ignore it and refuse it, so zero transparency. As you already made payment online you can't even cancel it because they will dedcut cancelation fee and again 5 days to refund ur money back to you. So you are left with no choice but accept the delay. All because of their incomplete, faulse commitments. Rude & Unprofessional Staff (Especially Nashik Branch): The Nashik team is shockingly rude and utterly disinterested in helping customers once the payment is made. They behave arrogantly when confronted, and show no sense of urgency or responsibility. It's like they're doing you a favor by even talking to you. This was supposed to be a joyful, well-organized trip -- instead it turned into a frustrating nightmare thanks to Thomas Cook's careless, chaotic service. They seriously need to rethink how they treat customers and run their operations. Avoid Thomas Cook at all costs. There are far better and more professional travel agencies out there. Learn from my mistake -- don't trust their big brand name. It's all just marketing.
