Sub Registrar Office

No board nothing to indicate where the office is. It's before pinnacle mall. Area is well kept. But under construction entrance to building also blocked. Waiting area is tight next to toilet. Leads to very bad smell.

Located on the 4th floor of pinnacle mall,free parking not available, have to park in pinnacle mall parking area. Sitting area is clean but washroom are not and there is smell of urine They should maintain it properly and have free parking

The Registrars office is in the 4th floor. There is an elevator and when you step out to the 4th floor the strong smell of urine and public toilets hits you. There are some chairs provided and ceiling fans - which are strategically placed in front of the open toilet doors - so if you wish to further inhale the aromas of urine and toilet - this is a great place to rest!! But apart from the unique aromatic experience, the staff were very helpful and efficient. My heart goes out the the staff who put up with the smell on a daily basis and the few seniors who are forced to take rest in the chairs facing the toilets

The entrance stinks like a public toilet. Their internet is like 2g which is always down and the reason they always have is server down ahe time lagel. Required people in the process go away on the perfect time saying they have a meeting which is always arranged in rush hours when there are a lot of people in que. Had a chance to visit this place for 2-3 times and had the same delayed laid back attitude experience in this government office.

Their process is slower than slowest sloths. May be they use internet explorer as server. Its on 4th floor and has a lift. I entered lift and there is no buttom for any floor other than fourth. Lift doors closed and all co passengers were headed to fourth floor. Iy was a little slow but finally the doors opened and to our surprise we were still on ground floor. Them we all started trekking to fourth floor. But that facility must be deliberately made as tye people coming here should get an idea of slow process as soon as they reach here. Then the real process starts which will test more of patience. I suggested to make lodging rooms available so that the parties coming for registration can stay for 2 nights 3 days till their work is done. They can also make available some games for waiting line people.

very few employees will help you. Others will recommend you the agents or lawyers.eventhough you don't need one. For single work you have to visit 3-4 times, specially if you are willing to do it for yourself rather than paying to Agents or lawyers.

Tha place was clean and well maintained. Good for public service. All staff was very active. But I'll like to request people if someone is mopping please understand his efforts and stop for while.
