It has been a pleasant experience dealing with VIAS, and they are always helpful and ready to answer calls as and when required, and also their service is amazing. My aspiration of going Canada is nearing and without them nothing would have been possible. With timely response from VIAS, and regular updates on my profile has made my chances higher of getting PR and keeps me up to date on my express entry application. They have helped me with Express entry, my job, my ielts tests and anything around this, they are ready to guide. They always helped and cleared all my doubts, and I am thankful that I have consulted them for my dream of PR in Canada, and i am able to see it happening and moving closer to my goal of PR in Canada.

I had consulted them in 2019 for Canada PR process. During the first consultation, they had assigned us a very experienced consultant who convinced us about the legitimacy and benefits of PR process. However, after paying the fees, the attitude was completely different. The consultant was changed and the one assigned was literally playing with our process and experimenting by trying different things. Also, they were very unprofessional with the documentation and the flow of the process which wasted a lot of time and effort on my end. They didn't even know the proper documents needed for the process and half the time I was informing them about the same! Also, the owner was proactive only while getting the fees by constantly following up for money and after that, he vanished. The charges also are way too high for the low services they provide. To no surprise, they couldn't help me complete the process at all! So, Vias, please take this as a feedback and first learn the intricacies of the process before hampering someones life. Become an expert and then offer your services to people. Stop going after only money; Absolutely horrible, would never recommend!!
