These guys are openly running a scam just to sell their premium services. I had applied for Schengen visa on 10/10/25. I completed the VFS form from their website which only had the field of First name and Last Name as shown in the screenshot below, but when I reached the center, the lady at the counter told me that my middle name was missing and asked me either I have to book a new appointment or upgrade to their premium service for 16,000 rupees. I had travelled from Nashik so I couldn't afford losing a day just to book a new appointment, so I had to opt for their services, but please take note of this scam if you are visiting this center They will openly lie to you and tell you that it's your fault for not including middle name when clearly in their VFS application form there is no field for middle name.

These guys have revamped the office so well. Back in 2017 this was so so bad!! Am happy!!! The best thing is they provide you with parking Me and my hubby were quite skeptic about it.. but the staff and people around are super helpful and kind Also, the coffee shop there.. is nice and comfy!!

I had heard a lot about VFS global from many people regarding how well planned and managed they provide services. But in reality it was the worst service provided by them. I entered with an appointment letter booked from VFS Global website which contained my First Name and Last Name. Their was no field for adding my Middle Name on the site, when I entered during check in the representative said I will not be allowed to enter the office and have to cancel my appointment. The staff behaviour was very rude and arrogant and was forcing me to buy Premium Lounge services. I didn't buyed at all but raised a complaint to their help desk. Don't ever buy a Premium Lounge as normal services are this worst what more you can expect in Premium Lounge

Very helpful & courteous staff right from the security to the visa counter. The visa application center is well managed so that applicants gets every help they need and are very comfortable thru the entire process. Thanks to all who helped me.
