Udaan India - The Original Visa Company (Mumbai Office)

Had applied for the u.s tourist visa via them. After the application was filed, they didn't contact me for longer period to update me regarding what all needs to be taken and said for the visa interview. How the process will be and what exactly happens. I had to call them multiple times to understand but even then the person on the other side was least bothered. When I got strict with them just a few days before my biometrics, that's when they sent me the checklist. The most important part, I wasn't even told and informed how the interview process be and what will happen, what all will be asked and how i should respond. My visa was rejected. Had I been told things the process properly, maybe things would have been different. Even after the rejection, they didn't bother to check and ask what happened. Never go with them. They are pathetic. The staff sounds rude and least bothered! I wasted my time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Udan Consultant. Their staff showed rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the process. The service was not transparent, and I suspect fraudulent practices in how they handle visa applications. They do not provide proper updates or clear communication, and overall, the service quality is very poor. I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with Udan Consultant for any visa-related services.

Very Good service. The team advised properly on the documents needed and were very responsive to my calls. I wanted a faster Visa due to an exigency they helped me through this . Keep up the good work.

We were told to report at 7:30am today, which we did and yet the office did not open for another 10 minutes. The people who were supposed to see us had to leave in an hour to catch a flight. No back up staff was available and we were asked to "adjust" and take another appointment and we have gotten zero update as to when that would be. Absolutely unprofessional, disorganized, and zero respect for people's time. I speak on behalf of four others who were in the same boat.

Pathetic visa services , you have cheated me by taking visa fees and not processing it on time, Your inefficiency and mismanagement resulted me with loss of 60000 INR , Parul madam and her boss tried to hide facts on name of embassy glitch , Never trust them 1) They never lift phone after receiving money 2) Nor their management of Directors are accessible 3) You need to call them several times and reach out to them for their unresponsiveness , All users you can loss money as they are totally non professional and non responsive , as consumer we have very less options to go against these kind of unresponsive management due to their poor attention and due diligence. PATHETIC, UNRESPONSIVE, NON PROFESSIONAL . UDAAN AS A TRAVEL AGENT ARE CHEAT

Bad service for German visa processing. Had terrible experience with Udaan India. Had to process everything on my own and they have not even refunded my pending extra paid fees after multiple follow-ups.

Worst service for visa. keep you guessing for the exact dates.
