Trade Centre BKC - The Wadhwa Group

After dining here at BKC Trade Center, we were waiting inside the lobby for just a few minutes for our Ola cab, accompanied by two senior citizens. Despite clearly explaining this, the security staff rudely forced us out. The security guard identified himself as Sandeep, while the supervising staff member refused to share his name, stating, "We can take your information, but we won't give ours." This attitude is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy--especially toward elderly guests. There was no empathy, no respect, and no consideration shown. This experience has completely put me off this location, and I will not be returning nor recommending it to others.

Allowed to enter building main gate 15 minutes prior to Appointment Time only after security Guard checks the Visa application, there is no point going earlier whatsoever. On entering the gate, first white entrance on the left has to be taken and there is a door ahead on the right, there might be a queue, in some time when you enter, another security guard will escort to the left side of inside the building on the ground floor itself, Thereafter you will have to queue just before entering the Reception wherein a Third security will check and scan the Visa Application and guide you to the reception counter. At the reception they will check the application and inform about the services available which are Regular service and premium service they will mention the prices of both for you to choose either , if you choose premium services it's next to the reception itself on the ground floor and after Body Security check they let you enter the premium lounge, Premium service has complimentary Refreshments and washrooms in the lounge itself. and if you choose Regular service you have to proceed to the first floor.

Wonderful place, Highly secured place, you have to carry a identity proof to get entry pass, also you have to register your cell phone so that next time you need not to carry a proof, staff also very good there, clean and hygienic place, at ground floor you can have a delicious food, overall experience was fantastic. lack of parking, no shades for people who are coming there for visa applications.

The worst visa centre seen. They don't even have a seating arrangement for any applicants including senior citizens, children and applicants r made to stand on main road outside the building. Had gone for UK visa but frankly I would hate to go to that office again.... Basic seating facility or drinking water was not provided and the security was rude and did not even bothered... Disgusting services...

Cleanliness,nice ambiance, prompt service and Helping staff.Overall Good service Only one problem is there no any shadow while waiting for appointment outside the entry gate. Atleast it is difficult for Sr Citizen and health issues people to stand and wait in sunny and rainy time. If any arrangement will be done people feel comfortable atleast in Summer and Rainy season.

SERVICE PROVIDED IS GREAT BUT!!! Parking is a real Task. Wrong parking n you will have your vehicle will be taken by the traffic cops.
