Pathetic These people should go to some other country and learn something from there There is No sitting arrangement No Toilet In side the registrar office it's like a fish market. No value for time Just money matters. No respect for elderly or physically challenged people. But Still we say MERA BHARAT MAHAN

Pros: - If you have a good agent, your work will get done quickly. - There is parking in the premises on first-come-first-serve basis for 10-15 cars. Official parking charge is Rs.50, but the watchman will ask for Rs.200-250 if you are leaving in marriage dress. Cons: - Their server is usually down, so a 5-minute work can take over 4 hours. - Don't bring kids here as it is too hot and no clean seating availability. - There is no water dispenser anywhere so bring your own water bottle. - There is an open washroom hidden on the 2nd floor opposite the marriage registrar's office but smells too much, so a better alternative is the hotel (Sheetal Bhokara) next to this place. - The beggers outside their main gate will hound you for money if you leave in wedding attire. They will bang on your vehicle, hold the door and not let you close it. They will also obstruct your vehicle and not move till you pay them.

It is in same compound as mtnl building, just behind it. Parking is available for 5-6 cars 50-60 rupees. Ground floor and first floor is registrar while 3rd is Marriage. Waiting area on ground floor for 10 - 12 people. No lift. Photocopy outside doesn't open till after 9 am.

Highly unimpressed with this government facility behind khar telephone exchange. Badly maintained building, no lifts and senior citizens have to struggle climbing that awful steep staircase! Always crowded. Plenty of touts hanging around. Obnoxious smells.

It's urorganised like any other government office, additionally your work doesn't get done without agents.

Needs to improve many things like: 1. Server speed is super slow. It's the website problem. 2. Need well trained staff with good IT knowledge 3. Place should be hygienic. 4. Takes too long for one registration (approx 1-2 hours) 5. They ain't punctual. One needs to wait for other member to arrive. 6. Irrespective of their mistake in issuing marriage certificate, they bluntly deny to make the corrections. That's the reason employ literate staff please who offers help and accepts the mistakes rather than just saying NO. 7. Moreover advocacy (not all advocates) has been more into business than providing better services. Rates are like in 5 digits just for the procedure. And lots more. The Gatekeeper allows vehicles to get inside the gate to park only if you pay him Rs. 10 to 50 Illegal Charges.

My experience was quite pleasant. The Marriage Registrar office is at 2nd floor. There's no lift or wheelchair accessibility for age old people. However the staff is quite cooperative. No corruption
