I had planned a vacation for my wife and son to Japan. As a family, our schedules doesn't allow us to plan in advance. So to ensure we get a visa at the earliest , I decided to go through an agent.After checking with close friends who travel a lot , I was referred to STP . I was given the number of a senior person. He didn't pick up my call and contacted me through WhatsApp. He just send me the contact details of one of his associates. No one bothered to check with me on my travel profile , my reference. That was the basic step for any service business The associate had no idea other than sending me a checklist. In the first conversation , I explained that my travel dates are fixed and it is non negotiable. He assured me that they will get the visa organised. Even though he put all his efforts , it was very clear that he had no one to guide him at the backend. It took them 2 weeks to submit our documents. 1. It operates like a sweatshop. The owners have the experience but have left running the business to juniors. There is no option to escalate . 2. After we collated all the documents , it took them 2 days to accept it as the email id's they shared was not working . It was clear they still haven't had their tech sorted. 3. Every query took 24 to 48 hours for them to come back to us and resolve. Their was no co-ordination with their back office 4. Even after submitting our documents , till the last day , they could not provide us any update on the status. There was absolutely zero proactive updates provided. 5. Our plan was to leave on 12th of October , they just informed us about the visa on 12th morning. In this entire 2 weeks , not a single person other than the junior associate communicated with us. Even during the last days , other than texting , the senior person whose name is mentioned on their website as one of the management team whose reference I received didn't even bother to speak to me. In the end we had to cancel our Japan trip. This happened after we got a reference from an existing client. I even went through their website and could only manage to get the twitter id of the founder. I send him an escalation message on hos twitter No one responded. imagine you contact them through Google or as an unknown client.

Misleading claims and unprofessional communication. This company advertises itself as a Dubai Government authorised agent, yet my visa process was handled through a third party, with no official UAE government acknowledgment shared for the first three days. Despite repeated follow-ups, there were: * No official links * No timestamps * No verifiable proof that the application had been initiated On day four, a senior executive/co-founder stepped in, but instead of documentation, I was given vague explanations like "in talks with PRO" and "stuck in security", without any written evidence. What I found most concerning was the unprofessional, emotionally charged communication, including statements such as "we are waking up all night to solve this for you" and "do you want me to talk with you and get your visa done?" -- which is not how a professional immigration service should operate. If you are considering this company, ask very clearly who actually processes your visa and insist on official proof at every stage

We were extremely disappointed when our application for US Visitor Visa was denied because of some paperwork. Though it was difficult, we successfully reapplied through StampThePassport. This came as a result of significant work, good guidance, faith, and confidence. Ultimately the trip was worth the effort and would definitely recommend it to others.

I wish I could give -5 to them. They have completely ruined my passport. Leave aside how rudely their employee spoke with me, did not reply to my emails / msgs. In July 2024, I used their VIP services for Norway visa, instead my passport got red flagged in the whole of Schengen and I got an advance expulsion letter from the Norwegian Consulate. The reason for rejection was because the hotel bookings were not verified and I have made false claims and documents and done forgery. Upon checking the StampThePassport team, they simply said it was some system error and hotels were not booked and refunded the money. They did not even guide me on any future implications of this rejection letter. Now in September 2025 my business visa of Spain got rejected because of Norway rejection. So their mistakes still haunt me and when I contacted their employee they have already left the firm so now no point! Do not use their services or rely on the stars on Google reviews. They only give false claims and have no accountability of their own customers.
