Rego voyages & visas

I have got Rego voyages number from Google and have used the service for visa application. Service is fast, efficient and totally competent. Some reviews complain about Mr. Lakha begin rude but i find him to be very helpful and friendly but more importantly, he expedite things and have always come through for me. Keep up the good work!

I took VISA services from Rego for South Korea Visa Our travel dates were just 3 days, they got My visa in just 2 days I was surprise and happy to as all my travel booking were done and have saved a lot of my money, I also thank Lakha and the entire team they are amazing...!!. I really liked their services and would reach out to them anytime in future.

Randomly found this on Google and thought of visiting for my visa. Very unfortunately Mr Lakha named person was first to speak and there I lost it due to his very unprofessional way of handling clients, rude behavior. Avoid this if anyone really wishes smooth work of their visas. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Thank you for taking out time and putting effort to revert, but if you cannot assist over call for a tourist visa. then there is no point. Hope you will understand your business later sometime. your personal frustration cannot be part of your profession. Happy Weekend.

Good experience with Rego. They are experts in dealing with Visa process. I would like to thank them for guiding me in each and every step of the process. I never thought that Visa processing could be that simple. I also thank Lakha and the entire team. Who got My visa on time and i am so happy.

Never ever have I seen such an unprofessionalism from the employee of a company which claims to offer a hassle free visa assistance. My qcquiantance an went with an requirement for the visa but got encountered with Mr. Lakha who is an associate / employee of the company. He just would not even care to look at the documents. Moreover, he is ruining the reputation of the business by claiming that he has no interest in looking over documents of a person who hasn't got a prior appointment. If he had been busy or given time to other clients then it would have been understandable but there were no clients scheduled and with this behaviour it seems that either he doesn't like his job or he is just not the right person suitable for it. Such kind of employees must be immediately abdicated from the company as the company is missing potential clients..

A big NO NO and negative ratings if possible. cz Mr. Shabbir with his amazing attitude for the second time said nasty things and just hung up one me. this inquiry was related to work visa. on the website its clearly mentioned they do work permit. It would be nice if you could call and tell sorry we don't do it politely unlike now! Just be aware of what you say on website. don't forget you are in customer service industry.. but unfortunately at the end of the day u r just an agent!!!
