Extremely disappointed with the service. The person handling my passport case has been unresponsive and careless. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no progress and no proper updates. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially for such an important government service. I expected professionalism and efficiency, but got delays and excuses instead Very bad service, first, they will take your all payment in advance. After that in middle of a process, they he will stop coordinating with you. The person who is sitting there will ignore your call messages. Everything after taking a full payment in advance, they are lazy or they don't want to do the things for which they have taken money. Please save your time your document and your money

Honestly the worst attitude i have ever seen. This guy will get things done or will call u once u put a review on Google. I guess these guyz are too busy and or may be to lazy to get things done. Single word AVOID!!! Update - to ur reply. I'm absolutely calm. You need to learn how to talk. I guess that I really important. And no work- absolutely respect is more important. When before work you are like this after giving you work how you will behave!!
