I had a very stressful experience at the Qatar Visa Center in Mumbai. I did not opt for the lounge service, and after that, my blood pressure was suddenly marked as an issue. Because of this, my medical was rescheduled after 8 days. When I returned after 8 days, instead of completing the process smoothly, I was referred to Guru Nanak Hospital for further checks. The entire process caused unnecessary delay, mental stress, and harassment. There was no proper explanation or supportive guidance given to me. Ultimately, I was declared unfit, which has seriously affected my job opportunity. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend candidates to book their appointment at QVC Mumbai until there is more transparency, fairness, and better handling of applicants. I hope the concerned authorities review the system and ensure that future candidates are treated more professionally and respectfully.

This is my second time here great experience both times. Everything from biometrics to medical services is in one place, and they even provide a SIM card, which I liked Efficient and well-organized

QVC medical service is very good... The staff is very humble. The security guards received with great respect...

1. QVC staff always asking/begging 3000/- money. Even if you don't want to do tatkal medical procedure. 2. If you travelled from other place 500 km far away and you reached 10 minutes late QVC office staff still ask for 3000/- rupees. 3. Request QVC STAFF to change this asking money style and give priority to those who reached your QVC office little late 10 - 15 minutes after travelling 500 km away from home.

I had a great and hassle free experience at QVC-Mumbai . The staff and medical representatives were very polite and provided excellent customer service. I was done with the entire process in very less time all thanks to the kind assistance of the staff there. The premises was not only kept very clean and tidy but the staff also followed all precaution.

I had my QVC medical on Monday and the experience was satisfactory. I would like to narrate the process below - I completed the medical in 2 hrs and was advised to stay in the premises for another 2.5 hrs, and they would call me if any re tests were required. Also i was advised to check the update in the QMC App. No call was received, so just to make sure, went again to qvc after 2.5 hrs to cross verify and was told there are no issues and can go home. - on wednesday got whatsapp message that medical was completed and confirmed with the qvc portal which showed medical submitted. However the status in moi portal was still ' under outside process'. - On Thursday mid day i got the status as visa ready to print in moi qatar portal

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your Visa Center. Firstly, the environment at the center was extremely unprofessional. I noticed that staff members were speaking in Marathi to mock applicants, assuming that most people wouldn't understand. I recall one particular incident where a sensitive applicant was being shuffled back and forth, visibly distressed, and eventually broke down. Shockingly, I overheard staff making comments about him in Marathi, including a disturbing remark suggesting slapping him--especially by one individual with a mullet hairstyle. This behavior was completely unacceptable and insensitive. Coming to my own experience: In the first round of my medical test, I was declared unfit with a status of being HIV-positive and HCV-infected. I was then asked to pay an additional 4000 for a second test to confirm the results. I complied and was told I would receive final results within 72 hours. However, no one contacted me with the outcome. The app only displayed a message: "Contact your sponsor." When I reached out to my sponsor, they informed me that no update had been shared with them either. Two days later, I found out I had been declared medically unfit, but without any official explanation. I then contacted customer care to understand the reason, but the support team had no information about my rejection. Eventually, I took the initiative to get tested independently in my own city, and the results showed that I am neither HIV-positive nor HCV-infected. I called again to explain this and was told someone from the medical department would contact me. I did receive a call, but the person I spoke with had no explanation for my rejection. Instead, he told me to send an email, which would be forwarded to the Visa Center for review. When I asked why a request couldn't be raised over the phone, I was told, "We don't keep any information about reports here." My question is: If I paid extra for further testing, why am I not entitled to clear communication and a transparent process? I was then advised to book another appointment and travel to Mumbai just to speak with the staff. That suggestion is both unreasonable and disappointing. To make matters worse, I noticed that during feedback submission, staff stand beside applicants and in many cases, submit 5-star ratings themselves--completely bypassing honest feedback. As a result of this entire experience, I have lost: 1) My visa opportunity 2) A significant amount of time and money 3) Trust in the credibility and transparency of your process This has been an extremely distressing experience, and I hope my feedback is taken seriously. I kindly request a proper explanation of my case and expect action to be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
