Opens at 10am. For offline aadhar updation they only take 20 people per day so there is always a huge line. Parking space is available and the staff is extremely helpful while answering questions. The office is located at the corner of a street and hence is easily visible from the road

Today I had gone to shiltadevi Post office for closure of nsc. The lady spoke rudely and is not helpful and told to leave when I told please speak polite. Highly unprofessional staff works. They are not helpful. They never open office on time. Always have to wait out.

Had the worst experience ever, the staff was fine except that one lady named SUNITA, she was so so so rude. She literally made me cry And when I complained about her to the post master, she denied everything. I hope these kind of people loose their job. They've no right to speak to anyone like that.

Unfortunately Need to Give this one star. Worst service. Bill payment and parcel dispatch window is only one so there is alot of line and people waiting in queue. People working and their working accuracy is very much slow taking own time the recruitment should be done better and taken proper measures. The IT team needs to be everytime around the counters because the servers, The Computers crash or don't respond anytime and makes the situation worst!. Overall Worst !!
