Kandivali Post Office

They made an attempt to deliver the registered parcel. As no one was at home, they marked it *delivered* (without getting the sign) in the system instead of *door locked* which created confusion. Also destination updated as Boriwali west but final dispatch center is Kandiwali west. Later they themselves called and notified about 2nd delivery attempt. Kindly put correct remarks and thanks for delivering it safely again rather than asking to collect in person.

I have done speed post to Chief Justice of Supreme court. Didn't get receipt of same and after 8 days I received the copy of EMS speed post absolutely new.I doubt it was posted also .

Very rude people working who don't know how to talk to people. They are very relaxed as it is a govt job and no one is going to face any circumstance. I used to send parcel to my mom regularly but suddenly today they need self Declaration form and 2 aadhar card Xerox to send more than 500gram parcel. There is no Xerox shop nearby nor this was informed in news where people will know what to do going forward but the person sitting there was very rude saying it's is not his problem and he cant give exception if someone was not aware. The way those people talk to you is unacceptable for such pathetic service they give. For same amount i was able to send through Delhivery, India Post is USELESS and PATHETIC!!!!!

Was visiting from 2 days for aadhaar update, but everytime they say to come the next day. I went to complain and had a conversation with postmaster who was very polite, friendly and guided me for my work and my work was done.

Staff is very good and very polite the help for each and every document fill up on 14th February 2020, but on 15th staff is not good they doing personal work during office hours for small job the client aur customer for 1 hour or more. For passbook printing they take 1 hours without any queue

Since getting Aadhar is mandatory .. shouldn't getting it made be simple for people. I've been going to different centers to get it done . Inspite of this centre being full enrollment and all services they are so busy doing camps at private societies or wherever they go to do these camps.that when people come to the post office they are not available to get the work done .

I had an extremely frustrating experience with India Post Courier service. When tracking my parcel, it initially showed "out for delivery." However, when I didn't receive it, I tracked again only to see that the status had changed to "address not found." After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I finally got through, only to be told to visit the Kandivali post office. Despite paying all the courier charges, I had to go there myself. Upon reaching, I explained the entire situation to the person at the desk, who told me my parcel had already been taken by the postman--a blatant lie. After waiting outside with no information, I saw the postman arrive. The same person who earlier lied then handed my parcel to the postman to give to me. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing. They failed to deliver my parcel to my address, provided false information, and made me go through unnecessary trouble to retrieve it. I expect better service, especially after paying the full charges. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a courier service. India Post needs to seriously improve their customer service and delivery processes.

Worst Po ever.... They don't deliver the parcels on time... Even when they can go and deliver they don't and instead keep it at PO and call us to take it. Worst service ever
