I came across a post by Jyoti Travels while desperately trying to get my mom, aunt, and uncle back to Mumbai from Dubai after they were stranded due to the recent air strikes in the UAE. Even though I contacted them after work hours, the call was answered promptly by the owner, who assured me someone would reach out shortly. Within minutes, Simran called and very patiently reassured me that she would try her best to get them onto the next available chartered flight. In the meantime, my uncle managed to secure tickets for a flight the following afternoon through another source. Despite the fact that we weren't giving them any business, Simran continued to stay in touch. She helped us at every step, followed up at odd hours to keep checking if they managed to reach airport on time, whether the flights were on time, looking up their details to check if their names actually featured on the passenger list, kept checking if they boarded and followed up until they safely reached India At a time when we were anxious and unsure about the situation on the ground, her constant reassurance and guidance meant more than words can express. Deeply grateful to Jyoti Travels and especially to Simran for going above and beyond to help us -- even when there was absolutely nothing in it for them. Not at all satisfied with their services. Have to take multiple follow ups for visa services and still there is no real input from the team. They promise you they will do a case study of your situation before applying for visa but don't keep their words which ultimately leads to visa rejections. The team is not even aware about exact procedures and options for visa appointment bookings and how to proceed once visa rejection. They end up asking the clients about the procedure. Waste of time, money and energy while hiring their services.
