Best serive polite altitude and smiling faces. Greeted me with good morning. My purchase experience was quick. One of the best post office.

I went to Juhu Post Office at 1.40pm for Digital Life Certificate, as SMS received. The Madam sitting in the speed post counter simply telling there is no interenet come tomorrow or day after tomorrow. It is surprise to note that Post office situated in Juhu, the prime locatlity have no such facility and wonder how they are working and there, the way she behaved not fit to here seat.

I wasn't at home. They sent my parcel back to the US despite my personally reminding them to resend it to my residence & despite them promising to do so. It cost me a fortune. Lazy unprofessional Impersonal staff with big egos. Their own staff don't know the location of their different departments. Probably they may be expecting under the table payments for better motivation. Or maybe upset due to stricter anti corruption govt rules

Staff is lazy and blunt in reply. Post office life insurance premium had to be paid amount around 32000.staff demanded payment to be done in cash. Refused to take cheque for the same. Last year the premium payment was done through cheque. Wonder how post office will function as payment banks . Time taken to just do a simple speed post takes 25 to 30 minutes.

It is just average service here. Due to some legal requirements we do registered post with acknowledgement, which is valid in court of law. Even Speed post with acknowledgement is valid. Otherwise many have shifted to private couriers for posting their documents. Even money orders demand has reduced

This office either has their severs down or printers out of order or absent staff. The staff that is present is always consistently rude and disinterested. Have to make multiple visits over several months to get even my passbook updated which; I have been unsuccessful even after6 months. Today I was told that the printer I out of order and will take over 15 days to repair!! Sorry state of affairs @indiapostoffice

Indian post offices worst kept and total harrasment if you ever need yo use there are no numbers in any of them working nor they keep it functional whenever you they say lines out of order n it's same case as j wanted yo go Check with juhu post office Azad nagar or Oshiwara being kept in filthiest area difficult to even go they don't help ATALL n just say come here n get information I did a blunder of investing my lakhs in post office scheme n after I wanted to break my FD they suddenly tell me there is 3 year lock in period n before I was not informed anything feeling cheated lost trust in Indian banks n now even post offices we think of Indian not foreign banks so it's better for our economy but this useles ways of their no contact n half lies made me never to think about Indian government hate their sick n unqualified staff sitting there with no help from them at all they just give form n say yo get it filled n bring
