No idea if I'll get the Schengen Visa or not, BUT... I had a pleasant experience, especially because Amit Sonavane (France Visa Counter) was really helpful, and guided me patiently through the submission process... I didn't opt for any of the extra add-ons (Premium Lounge or Courier Insurance). In my opinion, it's best not to opt for the extras, since you'll pay extra but the service seems to be about the same. The wait time wasn't bad, and the entire staff is professional and courteous.

VFS Global's so-called "Premium Lounge" service is nothing more than a calculated customer scam.
Without giving me any clear information or taking my consent, the front-desk staff pushed me into their Premium Lounge and later charged extra for it.
Deliberately hiding service details and forcing unsuspecting customers into paid add-ons is shameful and completely unacceptable.
If VFS Global continues with such unethical practices, it will only lose the trust and support of ordinary travellers like us.

Overall a great and seamless experience with the services and staff efficiency inside the centre(right from indoor security to staff collecting your documents).However,if the security at the main gate(could be more cordial and empathize with people...it would be great)It typically took 1.5hours to complete the entire procedure.

France visa center staff is very cooperative and resourceful. However they do not have facility of photocopy or print. In commercial area they charged fixed Rs.150 (almost two USD) for 1 to 5 page print. After Rs150, then per page is Rs.10.
Better go out for prints.
However photocopy is same as market price. Per photocopy Rs.5.
Toilets are clean.
Drinking water available but better to have empty water bottle to store water.
Still they insist to use mask. At gate security gives free mask. Regards

Wow, it was a great experience. I would recommend other to get appointments here, if you can. I have travelled all the way from Bangalore as I was not getting appointments in early slots. This was worth enough.

From appointment time to finish took around one hour. It would hv been much earlier if all biomatrix counters were open. Also computer had problem so biomatrix had to be dn 2-3 times. Overall ok experience. But they can really do the same work in less time. Staff was very good. Google maps had perfect route and location, so reached on time inspite of Mumbai traffic.

worst place ever for visa application. i had visited there different branch that wad awsome but this place in underdeveloped. I RECOMMEND ALL TO PLEASE CARRY PRINT OUT OF ALL DOCUMENT IF YOU FORGOT THEY CHARGE 150RS FOR UPTO 3 COPIES. xerox is 5rs per page.
