Staff needs to learn how to communicate information on the vaccine prerequisites and appointment scheduling properly - they are quite clueless. Communication is very haphazard! There are only 15 shots available per day. Basically you can go early in the morning to put your name and number down on the list. By 1130am, the list is already filled up so go accordingly. After putting name on list, you can go away and come back by 1pm. They give forms to fill up. Carry original passport. Then you are called in to get the shots. Prerequisite for yellow fever vaccination - 1. If over 60 years old, need a fitness certificate from doctor (that you are fit to take Yellow Fever vaccine) 2. No other vaccination in last 1 month 3. Should not be allergic to eggs 4. Should not be pregnant Some more are there which you can check online. These prerequisites were communicated when forms were handed out! It should ideally be displayed properly in multiple languages. Appointment scheduling should ideally be online.

Very Good and maintained facility. Staff are well informed. Carry Passport since it's a mandatory document for this vaccine. Please note if you have taken COVID Vaccine then make sure you plan a visit to take Yellow Fever vaccine after One month.Two people were sent back since they took COVID Vaccine recently and haven't completed a month. I visited Friday, so reach there by 12.00pm you will be first 5 in the queue. They have made a sitting arrangement. 1- You are required to fill the form. 2-They will verify the details which you have filled in the form. On top of form they will be writing the number of yours in the queue. 3- They will ask that you have allergy with eggs, since the vaccine contains egg element. 4- You have to carry cash, since they won't accept digital payment. 5- By 2.30pm they will start giving vaccination. 6- Vaccination time is till 4.00pm. 7- You have to wait for 15-20min to get your yellow fever vaccine certificate.

Nearest station Grant road (walkable) and Sandhurst road (need taxi). Need to walk a bit as taxi not easily available from grant road. Confirm availability by calling on phone in morning. Spot Registration timing is 1pm and vaccine administration starts after 2:30 pm till 4pm. Takes 2.5 to 3 hrs for whole process as need to wait half hr after vaccination. Do not leave building after vaccination as they cancelled few certificates who left for break during half hr observation.Only 20 vaccines administered per day. We were lucky as they were giving 25 vaccines that day. They take people in groups of 5 and did not entertain people for registration after 2pm. Operational days Monday ,Wednesday and Friday (Still better to visit on Monday and Wednesday as Friday sometime cancelled. Staff is helpful and professional. Wear short sleeves. Exact 300 rupees required for vaccine. Carry original passport.

As of March 2023: the govt website for yellow fever vaccination wrongly mentions Wednesday and Friday as the days to get the vaccine, in reality, you can only get it on Mondays and Fridays. The actual shot is given at 2 pm, but you have to go at 5-6 am to write your name in a list that's put up at the entrance. Only 10 shots administered per day, which may be extended to 12 or so depending upon the availability of vaccines, since each vial contains either 10 or 2 doses, and they won't open a fresh one unless there are enough sign ups. The number mentioned on the website is mostly always busy, so you have to visit the place even to get basic information. Carry your passport and flight ticket to get the shot, at max 15 days prior to your travel date.

Yellow fever vaccine is available only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. however be there at least by 12:00 p.m in order to write your name in the book at the gate. Only 30 to 50 vaccines are given based on availability. They take their own sweet time to start vaccination. Also take your original passport along.

I got vaccinated here today for yellow fever . It's a clean place and well organised . Only 30 vaccines per day is given so priority is given to confirmed air ticket holders and that too in order of their date of travel . People do queue up very early still Ms Asha khandagale the lady incharge and the gatemen are doing fantastic job of keeping 10 vaccines approx for priority travellers . I went to port authority and they just don't care about your travel and reason . People queue up from midnight and there are hundreds of people everyday standing and sleeping on the road under harsh sun. So keep your confirmed tickets ready and come about 7-8 am to join the queue .

Though Staff is polite and good but it took 1.30 hours to get out of the centre to get injection and certificate. There is an army of staff (about - 8 people) to handle the yellow fever vaccination but after being 7th in queue one and half hours is too much
