These people are fraud! Firstly, when I applied for my Singapore Visa there were absolutely no updates from these people. I used to follow-up if there are some documents that is required then they used to tell. Because of that the visa came just one day prior to my departure. Next when I applied for Malaysian Visa, these people sent me an update that I have to go through an interview process in Chennai after the said time was passed and when I asked for the refund they stopped responding. I literally had to go through hell to get my VOA in Malaysia and even missed my bus because it was time taking. It's easier to apply it through yourself than to trust these people. The amount of money I have lost, I cannot even tell. Worst people ever.

I have applied for my UAE visa through atlys. Application submission and payment all went fine. But I did not get any update after submitting my application. Guaranteed Delivery time which they promised also passed now. No support from their team to get an update on the status. Worst experience I am facing. My first time experience with them sucks. Will never recommend them for any one else and I also won't use it in future. I received my Visa finally after few hours of delay.

I reached out multiple times for help, only to be met with silence. When I finally got a response, they denied any wrongdoing, which is infuriating given the glaring error. I expected a professional service, but what I received was negligence and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise against using Atlys for your visa processing. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!

Applied for Singapore Visa using Atlys app. Subhalaxmi got assigned to process my application and I must say, I got the best support for my application from her. After reading all the negative reviews I was little worried but Shubhalaxmi listened to my queries patiently and resolved them quickly. My Visa got processed 10 days earlier than Atlys promised date. Overall very satisfied with the support recieved from Atlys team for my visa application.

I'm extremely disappointed that you didn't honour your promise of offering free visas after Neeraj's Olympic medal win as committed earlier. While I understand that your business aims to generate revenue, not operate as a non-profit, using a marketing gimmick without following through on your commitment is misleading and unfair. Luring people to your website with false promises to boost traffic and gain cheap publicity is not acceptable. I hope you reconsider your approach and maintain transparency in your marketing strategies. I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution before submitting any documents to them or approaching them for visa applications. Consider finding a more trustworthy agent or handling the process yourself.

Unreliable Travel Agency. They did not give visa on time. Also they promised to give visa long before our journey . Later we came to know they had forgot to apply visa. After many calls and reminder We made them apply visa 1 day before journey. Whole night before flight we were in deep shock. Couldnt eat or sleep as well. And the worst part since 3-4 days before our flight they had updated on website that visa is applied to immigration dept . They also gave us a guaranteed time till then they will give us confirm visa but then they stopped picking calls. No one has replied or called back since 3 days. do not rely on them . they have not given me any support even after this incident. despite so many call and email and support request on website,, no one will take request. Once someone picked call and told me there is problem in our website and technical reason was given as an excuse.
