To be very transparent, I was not at all satisfied with the way the process was handled. The team member assigned to coordinate with me was consistently rude and disrespectful, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. I had approached your company expecting a higher level of professionalism compared to local agents, but unfortunately, the service fell short of even basic expectations. Additionally, there were multiple layers of charges that kept appearing one after another. As someone relying on your expertise, this felt unfair and created unnecessary confusion. Instead of a smooth and guided process, it felt like I was being pushed into unexpected add-ons and unclear costs. Because of this, I am genuinely unsure if I want to proceed with your services again. I had chosen Airocity for trust, clarity, and professionalism, but the experience ended up being more disappointing than dealing with a non-expert local consultant.

On my personal visit to Airocity Mumbai CST office, meet Madam Manali Kokam for my Singapore visa, who have given me the best services and guide me to give the proper documents list. which i was having ready with me. I have submitted the same immidietly and got a faster service , she submitted my application on very next day to the consulate of Singapore for the tourist visa. She was so humble and co operative. After I submitted the application she was giving me the proper feed back on our application and finaly in 8th day after the passport and documents submitted to her she sent me the Visa approval.
