It took me 11/2 hours to complete the RTO LL exam process. The leisurely pace, reminiscent of government offices, extends the duration despite the potential for a quick 15-minute completion of process for learning license test. I recommend arriving with all necessary documents and a photocopy. Token issuance is at counter 26, photography in room 24, and the test in room 20. Improving efficiency would enhance the overall experience for applicants.

If you have doubts or questions about the forms or windows or anything else, talk to your agent. If not , check the walls of the RTO building. Most of the things are explained on a chart placed on the walls. The officials over there tell you to approach the agent standing outside the rto office. Fishy. 3. The information/help desk is either absent or empty. 4. If you are applying for learning licence, there is a window on your right, the moment you enter the gate. Go and stand there. Try to reach before 9:00 am. Or else the que will get longer in no time.

Visited to remove hypothecation from my car registration. Let me quickly explain the process. 1. Pay the fee online, print receipt 2. Visit RTO with that receipt, one passport photo, original RC, form 35 signed and stamped by your bank, letter from Bank stating loan is closed (NOC), copy of RC, PAN, Aadhaar, car insurance, PUC. 3. Carry glue to stick photo (they will give the form), one brown envelope, a plastic sleeve to put the original RC into (available just outside of the RTO - you will need to staple that to the papers). 4. Have half a day to spend. The process starts from window number 3 at 10:30 AM where you get a slip that no fines are due for your car. Then you go to window 8 and then basically get forwarded from pillar to post endlessly till you are tired, dizzy and either get frustrated and leave halfway or decide to push on till the end. It's a govt office, what do you expect. The process is complicated, long drawn and time intensive. The employees are helpful though. They do not cause the delay. The process does. Once you are through (if you are that is, I did) they will just tell you that the new RC will reach you by post in 45 days. The only receipt you will have is the one you printed after paying online. Good luck with your visit. If you have better things to do then don't. Get someone else to do it for you. PS: In general parking is available on the street outside the RTO. Parking should not be a problem on weekdays.

It's a government office so what you can expect.Long queue of people's waiting for their turns. For learning licence i have to wait for 4 hours.They have scarcity of PCs and also the officers who verify the whole process.even though i have filled online form and booked the slot,they don't let you give exam it's first come first serve sort of thing they give you token numbers. And wait till your number has been called. Carry acknowledge slip, slot booking slip along with two address proof and form 1& 2.and passport size photos incase Cause the shops around charge 10rs per print.(double charges) No arrangement done for the public waiting half of the ppls have to stand.The chairs are dirty, broken and have pointy edges so be careful around, no fans no water provided,so please carry the stuff you need. Review and rating dosent affect them cause it's a gov office. But it can help people who go clueless for licences.

The service here is the same as in the other government office. If You have to do the work of any driving license by yourself, like renewal, you will have to apply on the Parivahan website and upload the documents there and pay the fee, then submit these form and documents here.If you have all the documents ( Which is mentioned at the time of applying) then there is a good chance of it being Approved,if not then contact DALAL which is also available in the outside of RTO office.it will cost Around Rs.1500-3000 depending upon application for renewal of DL.
