Head post office and passport seva kendra both located in same building. Located in civil lines. Decent experience. Good parking space. Always crowded but cleanness was good.

No proper implementation of rules No proper social distancing No respect and care of seniors citizens

The Adhaar center guy is so rude man he don't have any manners to talk with people behave like monsters i dont understand what he thinks of himself like he is doing any ehsaan on people's so disgraceful disgusting administration should suspend him and inplace of him someone else with less atitude and more manner should be placed

Procedure for Fresh Passport 1. Apply Online 2. Select a date for appointment 3. Report on time 4. Submit Aadhar, 10th Marksheet photocopy both self attested; to the right most counter. 5. He/She will ask u to sit and wait, till your name is called. 6. Go there when your name is called for further procedure. 7. Then again sit and wait till the right most counter person will call your name for the final step. 8. Go to home now

This place is a good example of government services in general and why they need to be privatised. Even by govt office standards, this post office sucks. Lazy, arrogant staff with zero customer orientation.

Very inefficient, ineffective ,slow and arrogant staff. Particularly lady sitting at aadhaar enrolment and updation center. Government should privatise INDIA POST to have fast public service delivery. They deserve it and remove such inefficient staff under FR 56-J.
