Regional passport Office

The staff were rude and uncooperative for absolutely no reason. If you hate your job so much, you do not deserve to sit there as a public servant, this is a role meant to serve people!! The behavior at the reception desk in particular was arrogant and dismissive, as if they were doing us a personal favor rather than their duty. There is also a complete lack of respect for others' time, asking applicants to come back repeatedly on working days, while barely taking five minutes to properly review the documents, is unacceptable and hypocritical. This was genuinely one of the worst public service experiences I've had, and I will be filing a formal complaint regarding the reception staff. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and empathy cost nothing, yet were entirely missing here.

My recent experience at the Passport Office was quite disappointing. The government staff on duty were uncooperative and showed little interest in helping applicants. Instead of guiding people through the process, they appeared indifferent and unwilling to assist with even basic queries. The attitude was far from what one expects in a public service office that deals with essential citizen documentation. I sincerely hope the authorities take note and ensure that the officials adopt a more helpful and respectful approach toward applicants.i am working with psu and i have applied with my present address at Bhopal as my wife and child are residing at bhopal as well as In my all my personal. like Adhar, old passport, driving license, voter id I have address of Bhopal, voter card I had address of Bhopal. presently I am posted at Indira sagar power station,Punas, Khandwa and I have been allotted transit field hostel there. After completion of all formalities including police verification have been done and passport is ready. But babus at passport office cancelled my file and instructed to apply new application with address of Khandwa . Whole exercise of almost two month vanished including fee. Please look into the matter.

Taken long time Please make soure you have appointments is mandatory before reached. Take appointment sharp - 8:01Am Remember same day Appointments is not avlable ....

Employees are very poor in knowledge and skills.I don't know how they are issuing passport.there is lack of integrity in the employees and office.Really they don't understand the value of time.

This office changed my view in terms of facilities provided by any government office. A luxurious office with centralized Air conditioners, drinking water facility. Most important , comfortable sitting/ waiting area is there. Note that only applicants are allowed to enter in the building for security purposes, which I think is ok.

It is on first floor of ISBT Bhopal, on Saturday I visited this place and it was closed. Very disappointed that there was no notice of their working hours and days. I checked with Google map it shows that office will open at 1030 hrs but it was not like that.

The lady at 002 room is too rude. Asking to come after lunch and its half an hour left for the lunch to even start. I hope you take strict action. Employee should value our time tooo and not only you are hungry we too are sitting there from hours. So respect.
