Pj passport and visa services

I had applied for a Schengen visa in August 2025 for which they took the visa fee and their company fee pronlmotly but did not get me a visa appointment stating personal reasons. Again when I asked if the appointment was done they reassured me saying yes it has been done but I did not receive any confirmation. After atleast 50 calls a day ( which they do not respond to), they got me the appointment and said all i had to do was go for biometrics and the fee would be deducted. Clearly that was not the case and I had to pay separately. After the appointment I had asked them to refund the fee which they said they would do as soon as I received the visa. I waited and now they won't pick my calls and will not refund money. It has been over 2 months. Don't trust them to be transparent. And in fact they will charge you atleast double the required fee. Unfortunately I cannot post the screenshots as Google does not allow so.

Pathetic service, never recommended my visa got rejected ever after having clean and strong profile. Be careful if its your first time and you don't have much idea about US visa process, completely avoid there services. Guy named PRAFUL was in contact with me he was very sweet initially and asked me to make complete payment on day of filling the ds160. Once i paid he was careless and he didn't assist me for me interview as he promised and charged me so much for fast service. I clearly told him that i need mumbai as my appointment centre but he just book Kolkata without asking me. When I asked him why he did he told its ok you can just travel at least you have the appointment. But its not like that my brother got appointment and visa with another agent (Leso travel )with less amount quick service and prompt response with same location as he asked for. Praful had guided me to filling all wrong information in the ds form and over that he didn't help me for the interview, he didn't even mentioned that interview questions as on basis of the what information is filled in the form. He was not answering calls and giving excuses when I asked to explain me for the interview preparation, when I pushed him too much he explained it in 2min half information briefing didn't even told me that i should wear semi formals and how to present myself based on all wrong info he has filled. I didn't get my visa although I had a strong profile and over that this guy has screwed my profile for further application now I to have wait for long. And i have spent almost 80k in this process including my unnecessary travel to kolkata, this guy was damn rude when my visa got rejected and was putting all blame on me and disconnected the call. Also he is charging high amount for premium services, I would recommend to go with other online bigger companies the will charge less and give professional service. Be careful !! On your reply: Please dont write fake stories if you are Varun then i dont know you, may be name hi fake bataya tha, there is a guy named praful he told me and contact number is same as given in this profile. Please donot make fake stories ye deportation and hide whatever aisa kuch kabhi hua nahi h my profile was totally clean you screwed it. Pehle baat you never told me properly or mene koi wrong answer nahi diya upload the recording let ppl know how you behaved putting everything on me to save yourself. Bas paise kamana tha kaise bhi. If you write this fake story again i will upload WhatsApp chats as supporting documents so better accept you fault and stop it here. MY FEEDBACK IS GENUINE, mere pass faltu time nahi h itna bada review likhu, but i did so ppl can be alert
