They charge for premium service (normal option is not there). The building doesn't let you park. VFS doesn't let you wait inside their premises. We have to wait on a small corridor. No chairs where you wait. It's the 5th floor of a glass building, and you have to wait in the scorching heat.

Very professionally managed place for visas to most European nations. They have well trained executives who approach their job professionally and handle all customers / travellers in a professional way.
The experience is very soothing and stress free which is what you want before any kind of travel. i personally feel they could add United Kingdom to their list, and also cater to more regions, so that its full potential can be realised.
No snaps on this as it is restricted to take snaps.

Important : For those who seek an appointment here, make sure that you search the next available appointment every day morning around 9 so that you can see the shortest availability. I have noticed that the website shows appointment which is far from the day if you search other than morning. I do not know if this is something enabled intensionally but helpful for those who seek an urgent visa appointment. People who work here are very polite and trained well how to behave to the applicants.

It is easily accessible through an Auto or Uber. It's easier if you travel by train and reach the Kazhakuttam railway station. The place is located in the first floor of the building and the staffs are friendly. It was a good experience. Only thing is the VFS office is really tiny, only 6 or 7 people can be accommodated at a time.

The place maintains no phone, because they are not authorised to.
You can only reach their main office via call center.
The place is difficult to spot, but look for a big building with a red board -- "Meenu's Beauty Parlour". The office is in its second floor, the entry is via the side.

My personal experience. Approached VFS Kazhakkoottam today for a visit visa related inquiry. * did not observe any friendly approach *not asked any questions like "are you travelling for the first time or what are your preferences?", I was not aware about procedures . Rate of speech of the executive who explained about the procedure was too high. Observed a commanding tone. It was not a good interaction.

Very near by location from technopark. Staffs are good and friendly. Biometric device not worked perfectly, you may to go multiple time for doing it. Device need to replace from their end.

Therr was no updates about it being closed for renovation and finding this office in Malankara building is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Atleast keep a decent hoarding.
And for Cochin...for once pick up the phone !
