PROFESSIONAL CHEATING I would like to bring to your attention an issue we faced during my wife's recent visit to stamp a family visit visa. The appointment details clearly showed the normal fee as 34,248, which already includes the insurance charge. However, at the time of payment, we were charged 21,038.10, and the staff informed us that this amount was for insurance. Only after receiving the receipt at the end of the service did we realize that they had added VIP services, and this was misrepresented to us as an insurance charge. This feels like an exploitation of our lack of awareness, as we were not informed that VIP services were being added, nor did we request them. The process was confusing and lacked transparency.

Very disappointing experience. It felt as though they were trying to impose unnecessary charges, I still not understand why the hell they charging courier about INR 2K per head. In addition, they took our phones and submitted positive Google reviews on our behalf, which was completely inappropriate.

I had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and instead of solving the issue, they kept asking for more money. It honestly felt more like a form of robbery than customer service. There was no transparency, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect . Be careful before dealing with them.

Demanding unwanted documents other than mentioned on appointment, that's mother's passport as the sponsor is myself and travellers are my kids and parents and travel consent before issues visa. And says site is not working long while. Charged extra 21000 for 4 people more than on the appointment letter for insurance and insurance service charge for 4 people

One of the worst services--completely unprofessional. If the employees don't know how to fill out the forms correctly, they shouldn't handle them at all. Their priority seems to be grabbing money rather than providing proper service. Because of their mistake, my family has to travel again to the center to correct the application, wasting time, money, and effort. I wonder how many families face the same issue. If the staff is not competent, please hire someone who can work efficiently.

Very bad experience the waiting is too long my appointment was on 2:15pm I arrived at 1:00 pm they made me waking for a whole of 4 hours to get inside their reason for the delay was technical error in the system. If technical was the issue they could put us into a better sitting. The sitting provided was the basement as we kept on receiving false signals that our applications are being called We were waiting in the scorching heat for nearly 2 hours waiting for our turn to be called We were ignored by the staff. The customer service was a overall bad experience Keep better staff better devices and teach the staff to behave with care rather than inner their respective customers Thank you !!
