yo, that's a rough day at the passport seva kendra in Kozhikode --waiting 3 hrs for a 10:15 am slot is wild. lowkey, they need more counters or a faster flow, fr. you could drop a quick complaint on their portal or ask for a senior officer, might speed things up. hope you get it sorted soon, stay chill! And some staff are super clueless, they don't even know the services or what's needed in the office .

Well maintained queuing system. No struggles in completing the appointment. Good staffs.

To the best of my knowledge, the Tata group is in charge of the passport service centre. It is significantly superior to government systems. There are bus services that pass by the centre. There will be a counter for photocopying(Rs.1/copy), one for the token number, and three areas, labelled as A, B, and C, for taking photos, gathering fingerprints, verifying information, and finally approval. Service : Even if the place is overcrowded, I believe most people would appreciate the service. Experience : Overall, the experience has been positive. I couldn't find a toilet there. Parking : For bikes there is sufficient space for parking. For cars you would have to find a spot. Crowd : When i went the place was over crowded. Still, they have good management, so everything is usually completed in under an hour. Over crowded : 9/10 Efficient : All systems are reliable and up to date. I don't think you'd be disappointed. Cooperative : It looks like the majority of the staff has received extensive training in dealing with visitors. Management : Management was concerned with service and customer satisfaction. System : Completely outfitted with cutting-edge technology. Everything is far superior to a typical government office. Behaviour : I heard some people were treated rudely by the staff, but I had no unpleasant experiences. Queue : There will be alot of people everywhere, but everything will run smoothly and on time.

FARE WARNING the photostat and online services shop right opposite of the pasport office is a big scam. They take advantage of you and might overcharge you. Don't go in alone, don't go there if ur tired and can't think after all the ordeal from the PSK and don't send kids. Just ask the pricing and service provided before hand before you make the deal there.

First of all meet the security bro and discuss with your appointment, he will tell you what kind of hard copy you have to carry . Then the document copy , you can get it done from inside the office but i went outside because it was full of people. I recommend to have a hard copy of everything and signed. You have to take the token for every single appointment. When you enter after the security guy you can approch any counter for a token . They will varify your appointment and send you to inside with a token. Then it's easy there are staff just for helping any progress from here , very easier than kannur passport office. A big difference is here you have staf just for help . The staf works like systematic so please listen then and do what they say Give me a like if this helps you . Kids are allowed. I sow bystanders also every where . Mostly a family atmosphere. Toilet is there but please ask . I reach there from new bus stand i mean the city by autorickshaw paid 140 . A bit too much but it's ok .. Opposite building third floor you can have any kind of documents copy . very handy A juice shop on the left side but have a sugarcane juice for 25 rs near by right side.

The employees either have zero knowledge or find happiness in fooling people. I applied for my father's passport. His name had a different spelling in his old passport (expired 20+ years ago) But now, my passport and my sibling's passport has a different name in father's column. But the staff there asked my father to fill the same name in the current passport application as the expired passport. Even though he denied and tried to explain that his name had changed, they forced him to add the spelling as per the old passport and now my father has gotten passport issued in a different name.

Very good office and friendly staffs for all passport related matters.The procedures are really quick and the token system is very efficient. The staffs at all counters are very well trained and quick and they are very happy to help customers.More over there is also a photostat stall inside the kendra which makes matters very easy.Overall i had an awesome experiance in Kozhikode passport seva kendra.
