I am deeply disappointed with the support services currently in place. It seems that no one truly knows what they are doing, and there is a significant lack of coordination and competence. The support contact numbers are often incorrect, and attempts to get assistance are met with unhelpful responses or no response at all. The staff appears to lack the necessary knowledge and training to handle issues effectively. Furthermore, the government's performance is highly disappointing. Corruption seems to be prevalent, and efforts to develop the country appear to be stagnant. My father has been unable to withdraw our Provident Fund amount for over a month now, as the bank is still under verification. Despite multiple attempts to update the process, it remains stuck in verification, with assurances that it would be resolved in a few days, which has not happened. The PF website itself is outdated and slow, adding to the frustration. It feels like the authorities are not genuinely invested in resolving citizens' issues and are instead merely sitting idle, consuming resources without making meaningful progress. Overall, the system needs urgent reform and more efficient governance to serve the people better.

Good token system. Simple queries answered well. Not sure about claims and forms. Surprisingly systematic and efficient for a government organisation.

I had a query and tried contacting using the phone number mentioned(total 3 numbers), but unfortunately, the numbers does not exist. It's quite disappointing when customers are unable to reach out for help or support. Accurate and responsive contact information is very important for trust and customer service. I hope the team updates the contact details soon and ensures better communication going forward

Officers response are good but more information need provide. Token system is good and it is helping lot. Basic facilities are also good.

I had a very good experience at EPFO Mysuru. The office provides an online help desk to assist members with claim submissions, online joint declaration submissions, and other inquiries, all free of cost. Meanwhile, nearby shops charge around 200 to 300 rupees for the same services. Thank you for the guidance...
