The 2 stars is because of the face saving efforts done by their Chennai team. I was mostly interacting with the Bengaluru team for a work that needed to be done in Coimbatore. For the fees that they charge, they clearly lack in providing the value for the services. Abysmal communication bordering unprofessionalism, agents who hardly care and probably high attrition too because agents keep changing. I think it is a business in decline and run with the a skeletal infrastructure. I had multiple run-ins on the phone to get my work done, only to reassured by someone or the other and the level of service hardly changing. Mr. Kumar from their Chennai office was still reasonable out of the different people I had to interact with but overall, the experience of working with them to get the work done is just not worth the money. Even though the task was completed, the journey to get there didn't justify the price when measured against the professionalism and level of service rendered by majority of their employees. So, just be vary of it before signing up.

TTK Services was referred to me by a friend when I was looking for someone trustworthy and efficient to undertake repair work and painting at my apartment in Bangalore. This team went above and beyond my expectations of a typical service provider in India. They understood my requirements, provided me various options to choose from and upon my go-ahead executed the agreed upon tasks very well. Throughout the process they kept me updated via status updates and actual photos of the work getting completed. I could contact them very easily over toll-free phone, email and through their portal and they were equally responsive in attending to my queries. I am so happy with their quality of service that I am engaging the same team again for their property management and tenant management services.

I had approached YourManInIndia to obtain NABC (non availability of birth certificate) from Kolkata for a green card application. All of the efforts were coordinated by Srinivas, who was extremely responsive and easily available and approachable. The reason for 4 stars is because I had to drive the process when the application was stuck and there was no clarity on the possible outcomes. I was on a deadline, so after much time was spent in the initial efforts, I had to press the team to take an alternative (and accelerate). My case got interesting as we had to get a magistrate affidavit as well, which was also taken up by this team. The members from the Kolkata team (after I spoke to them directly) moved fast on the requests. They nicely coordinated with my parents for the visit to the court for the affidavit and finally obtained the NABC in a timely manner. The price for the service was reasonable and I would go back to them for my future needs as well. Highly recommended!

We took the services for obtaining birth certificate. If there was any delay , it was from my side only in furnishing some docs for them to work with . In spite of it they proceeded smoothly .
