The place is quite far away from the city's center. However the area is neat and clean with not much traffic. The watchman and xerox shop owners outside are pretty helpful in getting you the right forms/payments. PDC is issued about 7-8 working days after applying for it. So you'll have to go there twice for the same.

I was struggling with signing in to EDDTS portal to apply for official transcripts but forgot password OTP option was not working so visited the VTU Regional office for support.
Regional director Dr. Sudharshan Reddy sir himself helped us in getting our password also confirmed with our sign in and application submission successfully.

I am having issues with transcript OTP but no one is bothering me to help with this. Worst department of VTU, No one takes responsibility when there is a issue, they just blame on someone else and says I do not know. I do not understand the need of such complicated bureaucracy to help someone. No one pics the call on the helpline number and office number. I had to travel for 4 hours to regional office and then wait for another 3 hrs just for them to says we will look into it without any accountability or assurance. I suggest everyone to come a week early to get your issues resolved, coz no one will help you on time here.

Here security guard can only response , otherwise staffs are busy with rumours.
I suggest you , in the opposite side one cyber center is there, visit and enquiry about all related things .. i think better.
