Scenario 1 - Georgia Visa: For my Georgia visa application, the agent did not properly verify my bank statement before submission. This resulted in a visa refusal, something that could have been easily avoided if due diligence was done. Because of this mistake, the visa fee had to be paid twice (fortunately covered by VisaBro), but the time, effort, and mental stress were completely wasted. A professional agent is expected to identify such issues in advance, not after a rejection. Scenario 2 - Finland Visa: For my Finland visa, I provided the actual flight tickets well in advance. During the onboarding process, the agency asked me to fill in a form where, by mistake, I entered an extra day in the travel dates. This discrepancy could have caused serious issues with the application. Although we later managed the situation by drafting a cover letter, it was clearly the agent's responsibility to cross-check travel dates against the actual tickets before submission. This is exactly why people pay extra to a visa agent--to catch and correct such errors.
