Visited with all relevant documents and application forms filled. They just told me that now send all these documents to our branch in Chennai. Then why does official PAN website reflects these people to submit forms to??? What's the purpose of this office? Relevant officials should take this seriously and improve quality and process, for general public.

Submitted my PAN application along with all the documents to the lady. She said she'll send it to Chennai office and i'll get the ePAN in 1 week and physical card is 2 weeks. However, almost 2 weeks passed and online status shows that documents not received yet. SICK! Status Your application in original (with physical documents) is not received yet. Verify with our UTIITSL office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set

UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL) is a government-owned company providing technology and outsourcing services for various government and financial sectors. Both PAN and Aadhar services are done here. 3 counters for PAN and 3 for Aadhar are present. The staff are helpful. If you go with all proper documents as mentioned in the list pasted in their office, work will be done in 15 minutes. There is limited seating area to sit and fit the forms.

The place near and was easy to find, on ground and base floor they have attached the about the foor number and pan card & aadhaar card . UTI is on 2nd floor and the staffs are very polite. Make sure to come early because they follow first come first serve rule. They work from Monday- Saturday and On Saturday it will be open from 10 am - 2pm only so make sure to visit on time . You can't call them for any queries you have to reach to the UTI office only.

Staffs are very humble having subject knowledge, they very politely advise the public and clarify their doubts. Work is completed in time. Very satisfied

Been trying to call on the registered BSNL phone for 5 hrs. Phone rings but nobody picks up . Don't know if I should send my PAN Application docs by speed post/ courier

Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service provided at PAN Counter No. 1 and No. 2 was nothing short of appalling. The staff were not only unprofessional but also displayed a complete lack of basic courtesy and accountability. There was no proper queue management, and people who arrived later were attended before those waiting patiently. When questioned, the staff responded rudely and dismissively, showing no interest in resolving the issue or offering any explanation. Such behavior reflects poorly on the entire institution and raises serious concerns about the training and supervision of the personnel assigned to these counters. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a place where people come with important documentation and expectations of efficiency. Strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective action and ensure the staff are held accountable for their behavior.

The experience I received is very rude. They close the office sharply at 4:00 PM. And I had come to collect the receipt for submission of PAN. They are not customer or people friendly. Atleast there should be a grace period to allow customer to interact and get their job done before closing at 4:00 PM. Even the office operational timings are not correctly mentioned.
