US Visa Application & Collection Center.

It is basically a VFS Global Visa Application Center and they are located on the ground floor in this mall. They have very good staff who can guide you and the token system helps speed up things. There are more than 15 counters for the US visa application alone and it doesn't take more than 30-60 mins for the application to be processed. Came in for the drop box application and the process was smooth.

Super fast service. For self collection you need to carry only appointment letter and id proof.office opens at 10 am. .I reached there at 10 and I had my passport in my hand at 10:04 am. One can take buses going to Sivajinagar bus stand as this place is just 2 minute walk from shivajinagar bus stop. Mobile phones are allowed in the facility to carry but it must be switched off. There is quick security check also. There are many more companies inside the building. Building is clearly visible from the outside road. They have very limited parking facility there so please plan accordingly. Going early morning is always advisable. Elder people and physically challenged people don't need to go for the self collection and their passport can be collected by others buy they need to carry required documents. For more details on requested and required documents please check US consulate website. People at the facility are very helpful and courteous. You can go inside the building with family and kids and there is no restrictions for visitors. Even If you reach before office opening time , you will be allowed to enter into the building. Facility is very neat and clean. And make sure to check if you passport is ready for picking up, before you come here.

Had a dropbox appointment in Delhi but u can drop on same day here in BLR. Daye shuld be same timing is not so important. Make sure u only carry the ds160 and passport thats it along with appointment letter and photos 1 each. Thats it. They accept card and upi along with cash for fees.

Super simple and fast Service for US VISA DropBox. Although google says 10 AM opening , it opens by 9AM itself. Although our appointment is at 11.15 AM at different VAC , they allowed at 9 itself , process done in 15 mins max

If I could, I would have given 0 stars. 1. Hardly any communication on giving them softcopy of the identity. They make you take a copy at the center (their side business) to make money. 1 side copy is 5 rupees. 2. One of the worst customer service. The representative think we are asking their money or looting their money. Lol. Quiet a funny attitude thrown by the people who are there to do the job that they are paid for.

Parking is expensive but affordable. To avoid parking fee expense it is suggested to use public transport to Shivajinagar bus stand. Staff from US VAC center are good and polite.

Had visited for Germany visa and the person named Chiranjeevi had helped and was very efficient person thanks for the support

Went for passport collection. Super smooth process. Located inside the VFS facility on the 1st Floor. Carry a photocopy of ID proof (there's a photocopier inside the facility also at nominal charge). Entire process for me got over in 10 minutes.
