Bring to your attention that need a drastic improvement in the functioning of the C Section, which is the final stage of the overall process. Currently, there is a significant shortage of counter,staff(only 4nis counter), resulting in excessive waiting times of 2-3 hours for final process,for 2-3 mints process waiting time was 2-3 hrs.The seating capacity is extremely limited near C-section and almost 50% of applicants including senior citizens are compelled to stand for hours, causing serious discomfort and inconvenience. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members was observed to be arrogant and inappropriate, which further aggravates the situation and reflects poorly on the quality of public service being delivered. Immediate improvements are required in the following areas: 1.Adequate staffing to reduce waiting time 2.Improved seating arrangements, especially for senior citizens 3.Behaviour based Training and sensitization of staff to ensure courteous and respectful behavior. These measures are essential to serve applicants in a humane, respectful, and efficient manner.

The staff is good and helpful, the process is quick and smooth. But Waiting area for dependents and parking is not near which is little bit difficult

It would be better to avoid going there via own vehicle and instead use public transport or take a drop. Parking would be a problem. Process takes time - understandable, however it is smooth. Better keep the entire day free for this. Take photocopies of all documents to save time. There's a Xerox machine inside but the queue would be huge, can save ample time by just taking the photocopies yourself. Snacks/drinks are available inside for purchase.

Yes I know govt is least bothered to listen public complaints. But it's my duty to highlight. What's the problem for changing this office location to somewhere in big tech park area? Where we can have plenty of parking space, place to sit and all. What's the fun in making cramped office in IT Capital!!?? And secondly why there is no photocopy facility from passport office itself for free of cost? You hammer 1500 odd money from each application for what? Just for one book??

This government has such a large budget, and we pay so much in taxes, yet there is absolutely no proper seating arrangement for dependents who accompany applicants. People are forced to sit on garden stones--there are no benches, no chairs, nothing. For senior citizens, this is extremely painful and completely unacceptable. How long can anyone sit on stones? This clearly shows a lack of basic planning and concern for the public. We strongly request you to immediately arrange proper seating and basic infrastructure at the premises. If you are unable to provide these essential facilities, then please shift the office to a location that can actually support public needs. This negligence is irresponsible and reflects poorly on the administration. Citizens deserve better.

Horrible place. Typical government inefficiencies. They have divided the application process into 3 counters A, B and C. They have around 22 A counters and only 4 B&C counters. The wait time for B&C is more than 2-3 hours, your entire day will get waisted. The appointment time means nothing. The B&C counters didn't even do anything that can't be done in a single counter.

Passport office is good. I noticed one think snacks food cost it's too high better you can take food from home.and vehicle parking also difficult
