I visited the Passport Seva Kendra, Bellandur recently, and here's my experience: Arrive at your appointed time--don't get worried by the long queue outside. Security at the main entrance strictly admits only those with appointments for that time slot, so there's no need to rush. Carry just one self-attested copy of your documents. In case you miss something, there's a photocopy machine inside that charges 4 per copy. Once you collect your token, wait in the A Lounge. The lounge has basic facilities like restrooms, coffee, and snacks. This is also where your photo and fingerprints are taken. From there, you'll be guided to the B counters, which will be displayed on the TV screens. At this stage, your original documents are checked. After B, you proceed to the C counters, where originals are again verified. Once you're done at the C counters, you'll start receiving SMS and email acknowledgments. Before leaving, you must provide feedback at the exit counter--they don't allow you to leave without it. The entire process took me about 1-2 hours. Seating is limited at the B and C counters, but manageable. I did notice a parking area, though I'm not sure if visitors are allowed to use it. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, and well-managed.

So once you get a token and go inside it's pretty amazing (like any other PSK), but getting, oh boy If you haven't noticed, this is located in probably the most chaotic and disfunctional areas of town. So you'll have dust and traffic and crazy chaos If you are driving, then you will find parking like 800m from the place and you'll have to walk through, yes, the dust and traffic and chaos. So please get a cab, take 30 minutes extra and best of luck

Had recently visited for my passport renewal, process was smooth compared to my previous passport visit.My appointment was on a weekday and total process took 1 hr and 15 mins to complete.

Waited for more than 4 hrs still waiting and not yet verified there are very less staff and worst management of passport verification ever in India. Anyone who is abt to take this psk for verification please do not take this psk for the verification.

Worst Management Incapable to run, they canceled the appointment slot in the night just a day before the appointment quoting techinal issues and officials here doesn't have any stake to make decisions and diverting people to RPO. 50% of appointment slots are cancelled due to migration activities as informed by the officials here. Is this PSK centre incapable to plan the migration tasks ahead and provide a smooth experience for the citizens who are paying thousand and thousands of money to them

One of the worst psk in India and specially people working have no idea on what documents are required for college students. The worse thing is you come to know about it at counter C after wasting more than 2 hours. It's happened twice for my son even after getting the required documents from college he was send back.

There is no proper waiting area. There are 4 sections inside, once you fill the declaration form you wait for A B C level verification counters each would take 15 to 20 min waiting. Overall it's not a great experience with my appointment.

No proper waiting area . So come on your reporting . Paid parking is available behind the PSK. Just left turn near opposite to sakra. Keep photocopy not printed scan of documents . Print scan copy also available inside psk
